Based on the reviews, this Verizon location offers excellent customer service and a great experience. Christian and Mohammed were extremely helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable. They worked diligently to get phones back up and running and helped with tricky upgrades and exchanges. The process was seamless and efficient. Both Christian and Mohammed are a pleasure to work with, and the other employees are also very helpful. The customer service is excellent, making the whole process perfect.
