Horrible they don’t know what they are doing here always confused no matter when I’m here always the same story with them .they never have my prescription ready or they can’t find it .. they don’t check voicemail and leave the doctor on hold for 30 min . I waitied for an hour for my prescription after they said 10 min ,And on top of it all so rude unbelievable… thus pharmacy need to hire some professional help.

Please hire someone whose English is understandable. It took more than 30 minutes to pick up a refill.

Pharmacy opens at 12pm today, with no signage posted except for the July 4th holiday hours (which actually says they open at 10am). Have to pick up a prescription before going out of town so I’m out of luck.

This place is atrocious, pharmacy is a joke,fridges never work and never anything in stock.. East hills/ Roslyn heights taxes. This place needs new ownership asap! It's a joke!

Disgusting customer service! I was calling to get information about a prescription and as I was trying to clarify what was required to get my prescription the employee talked over me and then hung up on me. How rude!!

Just an awful pharmacy. I don’t even know how they stay in business. Shelves mostly empty and when they were supposed to have a medication ready for me TWICE two months in a row, they didn’t have it ready and told me it could be ready in 3 hours. 3 HOURS! Should I just sit there for 3 HOURS? Ridiculous. I asked them to transfer the script to CVS on Willis Ave and boom, had my medicine in 20 minutes. Too bad all CVS stores are not the same. The east hills CVS is the worst one ever. Their ratings are the way they are for a reason. Stay away.

The new pharmacy manager has to go. She is obnoxious and doesnt pick up phone calls. I heard her say to one of her techs "yo theres mad phone calls bro I aint answering that" and I've seen her roll her eyes at patients on multiple occasions. And a smile wouldnt hurt "bro". She is the preteen in the clear glasses. I was raised in this pharmacy but since the roll out of the new pharmacy staff this location has been a total joke
