To whom it may concern,I visited your branch today to open an account before 4pm and was told by your staff that I needed an appointment as there were at least 3 other people with appointments waiting.As I was speaking to the teller regarding when I could come in to open the account a caucasian female came in and I heard her say she was needing help/service and the branch manager told her "no problem, just let me see where I can fit you in".I took this as disrespectful as I was there way before closing time and wouldn't have minded waiting yet someone comes in and can get helped.I took it as a discrimination as I am Hispanic and she was Caucasian.I asked the teller on how was it possible that she was being helped and not I, he couldnt answer but he said he'd put me in for tomorrow.Thank you for your time .

6 people working in tje back and I'm still waiting 15 mins for a manager to speak to.Tried to remove my dads name from account ...came in with all documents over 2 weeks ago. They said everything will come in mail....nothing yet.Why send ANYTHING to do with bank accounts through the mail????Time to move to Chase

Horrible experience by their notary Cherisse Noto. She needs some diversity training immediately. Everything she said to me was condescending and had an edge of hatefulness. I have been in plenty BOA but best believe I will never ever set foot in this place. (I knew I should have went to Bayshore or Islip.)Then went to the Manager Susan, she was even worse all she was concerned about is their "High Rating". This is East Islip folks and they are not too friendly towards folks that don't look like them. This is why we we stay away from East Islip. DO NOT EVER GO WHERE WE ARE NOT WANTED! Its just not worth it at all. They are very inclusive and it shows. I left there so disappointed and sadden because I did not deserve this treatment.

I'm only giving a 1 star so I can write a review. As I was making my daily deposit to my BUSINESS ACCOUNT, which I normally make in Massapequa, the teller Lisa made me feel very uncomfortable being rude and demanding my social security number, rather than my EIN out loud. I explained that I do alot of business with TD bank Massapequa branch and have never been treated this way. She threatened to also call them and make sure that I do not get the service I'm use to. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this issue and will be looking into moving all 5 of my accounts to another bank. Absolutely horrible customer service!! I will be posting this on all review sites.

This bank has the worst customer service ever I asked them to verify the funds on a check to see if the check is good to re-deposit they refuse to give me information off that check if I go to any bank asked this question don't tell me to check is good or not that's all I wanted to know my suggestion never do business with Bank of America just suck totaly
