“The people, selection and beauty of this bridal salon was exactly what I was looking for. I never felt overwhelmed. It is private and they listen and hear you. They spend time with you to find your perfect dress. I had trouble at other places because I wasn't able to even try the dresses on due to their small sizes and this was very discouraging. “I did not purchase my wedding dress here (although the shop has beautiful gowns and I wish I did shop here). But I wanted to share my experience with the staff. As a bride to be, only a few days out from my wedding, I found issues with my gown which was purchased in NYC and with limited time could not return to the shop of the initial purchase. I came here to village bridal looking for any help I could get. Julita and additional staff took the time out of their very busy day to help troubleshoot my bridal dress mishaps. They quite literally gave me advice that fixed my bridal gown problems and saved me from my very worrisome issues. I could not be more thankful and grateful to them. Their communication and accommodations for me were more than I could have asked for. I’m so grateful I walked into this shop as my last ditch effort for help.
