This could be a really profitable business but there are ISSUES. The last two times I went during business hours IT WAS CLOSED. (I called before and after and got the fax machine even though the website stated it was open.) I've been to this EI location MANY times throughout the years and it's just so disappointing to watch this business tank.
The staff is really wonderful and the price is right! How do you justify bad reviews such as these for our local MR. SUDS car washes? The business should, at the very least, be open for its customers.

Bad customer service and wash.You have to wait at least one hour for the car wash,,very slow and unprofessional.

Great place friendly, fast usually.
Very busy on last visit, but still even with inside outside complete in 30 mins. Not bad… great coffee and snacks available inside.

I was extremely happy with how my car came out…Armando was amazing, and went above and beyond to make my car look beautiful.Prices are reasonable and It’s literally 5 minutes from my house, so thats a “plus” too! Will definitely be back again

Ummm this is the best hidden car wash. The guys there are so nice and they do such a GREAT job with the interior… it’s actually insane. Thank you Mr.Suds! 10/10 for excellent service and amazing customer service as well!

Ultimately did an excellent job, though I had to wait for a bit after the car came out for it to be vacuumed etc because they were understaffed for the volume of customers on a nice winter Friday.

Paid for the Mr Suds exterior a step above the basic exterior service. Included exterior wash, under carriage, tires, clear coat sealer and hand dry.
Came out and 2 guys quickly dried my car. No tire treatment and said that wasn't included? Tipped them and took off. When I got home I noticed my car was still filthy at the lower half and the back of my car! Very disappointing! I have used this car wash for several years and am rethinking ever going there again.

Great for a quick and cheap wash. I use it to get the salt off my car. They also got some good deals on multiple visits. You can also get gas all in one stop.
