I would love to give 0 but it’s not an option. Manager Corinne was rude and immediately raised her voice when explaining my issue. She is also unknowledgeable about their services.

pharmacist, Cecilia, was absolutely amazing last night, on a Friday night when it is extremely difficult to reach drs due to medication that I get regularly happened to be out of stock. She took the time out of her day to talk to me, not only that but call my drs and their emergency numbers and also local stores to help me find my prescription. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative of her. CVS, you have a real GEM working for you, in your East Islip location!!
Thank you for your help last night!! You’re a true lifesaver!!

Crystal was amazing. On my lunch break I was looking for certain Christmas Santa’s every other CVS in the area was 2 busy to help me and I always got what ever is out is what we have. I only asked Crystal one time. The next day I came in and when I tell you she found all of them and then 2 extra ones I didn’t see. Everyday she made sure I had my coupons and explained how the carepass worked and I’m just so blessed to have had the pleasure of meeting her. I get compliments everyday on my new Christmas collection thank you Crystal for your patients and for actually caring.Thank you

The pharmacy at East Islip CVS is a mess! Poor customer service. Refused to callother stores to locate my medication. Told me to do it myself they were too busy. They don’t care about their customers!

The store manager KRISTEN is pure evil. She humiliates her associates. Abuses her managers and TARGETS people she doesn’t like. Just imagine working in an environment where the store manager bullies you publicly every single day. She makes fun of people weight , their personal lives and fires you if you aren’t apart of her troubled crew. SHAME on you CVS for employing this type of manager and to top it all off her boss John allows this !!!

They won’t do anything about the homeless guy who sleeps outside there doors he walks around inside and asks for money unreal they need better management.

I have to say the Pharmacy staff here is TOP NOTCH. I just changed over from Stop n Shop bc they never have my meds in stock and what a pleasure it is at CVS East Islip. The whole pharmacy staff is so pleasant and super helpful. They have gone out of their way more than once to rush a refill or help me with any questions. Very happy with them here!

I've been going to my local CVS since they opened years ago. The store has gotten 100% better with service and employee assistance. Kudos to CVS for their effort to be an example to other businesses

It's always a very pleasant experience at the CVS - East Islip, NY location! Today, Crystal helped me at the checkout-out counter; Crystal was friendly, patient, and provided great customer service! Samantha and Chyna were also very helpful and pleasant. Alex was there today as well, and he is always very personable, helpful and pleasant.This store has a wonderful team, and they deserve to be acknowledged and commended for providing consistently great customer service and always ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
