AWESOME SERVICE! Can’t recognize Bill and his son enough - took care of me like I was family. No wonder why they are busy all the time, it’s because they take care of their customers and do incredible work. GREAT SERVICE, took my company vehicle here as I live close by for a NYS inspection. Steve was great and even worked with the motor leasing company directly to do a full inspection, oil change, and rear breaks. Completed the vehicle as promised and kept me informed during the process. Madden was a great experience versus the larger chain automotive repair shops. Will be coming back FOR SURE.
