  The lines at Marshalls in East Islip are so long, they sometimes send me straight back to online shopping! 😅 I won’t stop trying—but let’s just say I end up spending a lot less there these days. I hope you hire more employees it’s not fair putting your staff under stress with angry customers. We deserve a better store in our town ! #marshalls @marshalls

  Cashiers are so unwilling to help. Everything is “it’s not our policy. “ when you ask what is the policy they don’t know. Even managers . Why am I entering my information into your system and can’t look me up ? . I had a clearly damaged merchandise, asked for a discount on it. She said no go home and wash it then return it if it doesn’t come off. Showed them their own. Policy and they had to nerve to say that that’s not the policy for their store.

  Witness horrible behavior with one of the cashiers a week ago. She was in the cashier closer by the exit/entrance while I was getting my stuff checked by her a customer was in line with a baby crying, there was a very long line so she decided to react in a very unprofessional way right in front of me and my kids, she started saying to the other guy cashier next to her “omg go get I cant effing stand that baby crying” “ just tell her to come to the register right now” the cashier next to her could notice my reaction he didn’t know what to do but kept going and did what she told him to do. I was honestly so furious but didn’t say anything cause I was with my kids and know it wasn’t going to be anything pretty. I’m assuming she is the manager or supervisor not sure but from the way she was demanded the cashier guy next to her I thought she is. I hope whoever is in charge of this store notice this and do something about it, that was a really disgusting behavior not just infront of a customer but in general.

  Update! This store sucks! Ugly clothes, no normal T-shirts for women, and very messy and unorganized!

  Place is a train wreck with some of the longest lines and least open registers compared to other locations. I live down the block from this location and avoid it at all costs. Maybe when they develop a better store team and turn it around I will revisit. I'll drive to commack or west islip/babylon vs the east islip location.
