Lombardo Homes & Estates is a full-service real estate company that promotes itself as selling homes for no commission and no obligation and paying your attorney fees. I could use any attorney I wanted and he would pay that fee but I chose to use a recommended attorney Raymond Verdi who was also great.I never heard of this type of service before and found out that's because no one else does real estate like this.Mr. Joseph Lombardo the Broker explained to me that he has the buyers pay the commission at closings which I thought was not possible but he does it.The Broker did a free appraisal for me, marketed my property on MLS, and gave me the option to sell on my own I would NOT owe any commission. There were many showings and multiple offers that came in fairly quickly.Joseph Lombardo is always reachable on his cell phone and I liked that I could reach him with questions 7 days a week. He sold my home in 40 days for top dollar with no commission and also paid my attorney fees as promised. Use him if you need to sell or no anyone that does need to sell a home.”
