Staples in East Islip is a store that customers like. The store is always neat and clean, with sale signs posted. Employees are very nice, helpful, and checking out is always fast. The Copy & Print Area is always fast to use and efficient, able to handle last-minute important documents and printing needs quickly. One employee at the Print & Shipping Desk is noted as an exceptional worker and a tremendous asset for making difficult tasks quick and easy. The store generally has what customers are looking for. However, there are some frustrations. The App Download did not work in the store, with an error message the cashier was unable to help with, causing a customer to lose out on a points promo. Some wish that LaserJet Ink cartridges were stocked better, as sometimes the store is out of a toner cartridge color, which is annoying.
