I called to make an appointment and they were so nice to take me in. I had my brakes making a noise and I new it was time to change the brakes. William was actually nice enough to physically show me the old brakes before discarding them and they were bad. I was able to see the new once being install from the outside of the building and I think I like that because you can actually see what they do to your car without interfering. Called to make an appointment for service. They called me back to come in earlier which I did and then as I arrived, all the employees are leaving the location. They said they had an emergency, so all 5 employees had the same emergency I guess. They didn't call me back to cancel and now I'm left scrambling to find a mechanic. Very unprofessional. Will not use their service in the future.

I had my Subaru WRX motor installed at this business, the process was swift and easy. Very professional establishment, nice and easy going, and the mechanics are very talented as I also had electrical issues with the car. I got a good price on the installation, and it was done in less than 2 days. Very happy with this shop, will be back for basic maintenance.Services: Electrical
