Great location between Orient Point & Greenport. Hosts Wilfred & Veda could not be any nicer. Great breakfasts, well-kept rooms, and a nice home away from home experience. Nearby restaurants of all tastes, lovely ports, and many activities, including tours of wine country.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed sitting down with Wilfred and Veda for breakfast every morning. We will 100% be back just to see them again!

The hosts are great. It was a pleasure conversing with both of them. Breakfast was delicious and the accommodations were beautiful and quiet.
