My husband and I stayed at the Abor View for my Birthday weekend. We had a great time!!! Will and Veda are wonderful. The rooms were beautiful (the bed is like butter). You must have the breakfast while you're there, the food is delicious!!
My husband and I are already talking about going back!! I highly recommend the Abor View. The location is everything!! When you stay, tell Will and Veda, the Jerry's said hi!!!

Visited the Arbor View B&B for a weekend wedding in Greenport. We were thrilled to make a last minute reservation close to the wedding venue. Wilfred and Veda were great hosts who provided a delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms. The rooms were clean and well appointed with what we needed. They even accommodated our late arrival after missed flights and general travel issues. If we end up back in the North Fork area again, we will certainly stay at the Arbor View.

Wilfred and Veda are very welcoming and great conversationalist. This house exceeded my expectation, it was clean and had beautiful decor. The room was better than expected and very relaxing. The breakfast was sumptuous. It was the perfect place to spend my 70th birthday 🎂. I will not hesitate to return and recommend it to my family and friends.

Great location between Orient Point & Greenport.
Hosts Wilfred & Veda could not be any nicer.
Great breakfasts, well-kept rooms, and a nice home away from home experience.
Nearby restaurants of all tastes, lovely ports, and many activities, including tours of wine country.

A lovely little gem 💎 of a place made even more special by our hosts, Wilfred and Vida. The rooms we had were very clean and tidy and a special treat was receiving coffee delivered to the room before breakfast, which was imaginative and very different. Wilfred was good fun and an enjoyable wit, with the good cooking of Vida making everything very pleasant and relaxing.

Arbor View House Bed and Breakfast is a true gem on Long Island’s North Fork. Innkeepers Wilfred and Veda make this Victorian B&B shine with their warmth and thoughtfulness. Their hospitality feels like the heart of a perfect bed and breakfast.
The inn embraces its classic charm, blending elegant decor with modern comforts seamlessly. The meticulously kept grounds and cozy interiors feel both unique and welcoming. I definitely recommend the Champagne Suite, its comfortable bed and nostalgic decor create a serene escape. I spent mornings on the nearby deck, sipping coffee in the sunlight, and this was pure bliss.
Veda’s breakfasts are a highlight, crafted with fresh, local ingredients and bursting with flavor. Each dish really does show her care and skill. Wilfred’s local knowledge is invaluable, offering spot-on recommendations for North Fork activities and dining.

This review is much overdue, however, my stay was absolutely horrible. This man stole $500 from me and my partner, threatened us, was screaming profanities until 2am the one night we did stay. After that night we demanded our money back as it was really uncomfortable. Wilfred was clearly drinking too much and was belligerent. This is a SCAM please don’t waste your time or money.

Wilford and his wife Vita are just wonderful very well-versed in recommendations on restaurants and vineyards we felt like family! THE BEST! Wilfred and Veda have established a warm, welcoming, soulfully nurturing bed and breakfast. It was like visiting family! Their attention to detail and careful preparation makes guests feel extra special. The rooms are exactly as pictured on the website. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL! Veda is a beautiful soul, and is creative with her recipes and food presentation. Please ask for her special cornbread! I also enjoyed the special herbal tea blend that greeted me every morning.
Wilfred offered wonderful dinner and winery recommendations. Be sure to book added services such as massages directly with him. He'll take good care of you.
I can't wait to visit again!

Wilfred and Veda provided a warm, welcoming home base for our time in the North Fork. We desperately needed some R&R and that’s exactly what we got! Wilfred arranged for us to have a couples massage and suggested 3 excellent restaurants for dinner each night. Breakfast is a multi course extravaganza and delicious! A great start for a day at the vineyards and poking around town. Can’t wait to return!
Noteworthy details: Lots of personal touches like planning a menu around your dietary needs and food allergies. Inclusive environment where all guests and the hosts eat together.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Veda and Wilfred's bed and breakfast, and I am happy to say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed.
The ambiance of the bed and breakfast was cozy and inviting, with beautiful rooms that reflected both elegance and comfort.
Veda and Wilfred's attention to detail extended beyond the aesthetics to the personalized service they provided. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and always being available to assist with my requests.
The delicious breakfast prepared by Veda each morning was amazing. Veda crafted mouthwatering dishes that were a true culinary delight.
In addition to the exceptional accommodations and dining experience, Veda and Wilfred's warmth and hospitality truly set this bed and breakfast apart. They made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived, and their kindness and generosity made my stay memorable. The conversations I had with Wilfred I will never forget.

Whenever my wife and I visit New York from California, Arbor View House is our go-to place, most recently from August 10th to 15th, 2023. Over a span of 15 years, we've enjoyed the ambiance of various rooms they offer. The hosts, Wilfred and Veda, are not only warm and inviting but also provide excellent suggestions for nearby attractions and eateries. Veda's breakfasts are a culinary delight, always prepared with attention to dietary preferences. For anyone considering a trip to Wine Country or seeking a romantic escape, a stay at Arbor View House is a must. You won't be disappointed!
