Mary is an invaluable asset to this branch. When she saw me looking at the chicken wings, she kindly offered to cook a fresh one for me. Her warm gesture and the wide smile she wore truly showcased her dedication to taking care of customers, just like a loving mother would care for her children. Thanks Mary!

I was there for less than 8 minutes total and the 2 guys kept trying to rush us out, and when I went to pay for my stuff he asked “really that’s all you got.” Seriously? Stop being so miserable. god forbid someone walks into your store and you have to do your jobs.

Incredibly rude workers who follow you around when you stay in the store for longer than 5 minutes. The food is never stocked and they never have enough for everyone. Very hostile environment and he criticized what i was buying just because I bought one drink, like seriously get a grip. people walk in and you have to do your job and you're mad about it? You shouldn't work then.

This 7 Eleven for the night is disgusting, the hot dogs they looked terribley neglected disgusting. there is not enough staff to give quick attention. the sr who works nights needs a partner to help him serve customers better. This store needs better maintenance. Management should put more staff in the evening to better serve their customers. We are frequent customers but if they do not improve the service we will decide not to return.

The guy who works the late Night Shift is extremely rude and disrespectful, unpleasant to be around him. He keeps locking the door like he’s paranoid , then when you’re in he follows you and rushes you to hurry up. He doesn’t like to conversation with nobody. He says he don’t have anyone available to work night shift, I wonder why ?

Worst 7/11 in the world! The store is dirty, unorganized, old, and worst of all the owners are very rude. This place can't even get a soda right. on two separate occasions I tried to get a soda there and it was just colored water. no flavoring at all. Can't be a coincidence. Place is a scam and they just don't care. Avoid at all costs.

Rude, greedy and OVERPRICED!! Every 7/11 is over priced but this one it's crazy. Including that it's super dirty as well. People should boycott at all times

By far the dirtiest and most disgusting 7Eleven I've been to. I went inside for coffee at around 9pm and out of 8 coffee urns, only 1 had coffee which was their breakfast blend. Out of desperation for coffee, I bought it and when I got to my car, I took a sip and it was burnt coffee. I threw it out. The idiot behind the counter was unapologetic and couldn't care less about my dissatisfaction. Their floors were dirty, their coffee station was not clean and their containers of flavored creams were sticky. This store is an embarrassment to the entire franchise.

Owners are pretty rude. I usually come in here and the younger associates they hire (specifically this one dude in his mid 20s it looks like) are pretty lax and will greet you. Not the case with the owners. There's one guy who doesnt even bother dressing the part of a worker, sleezy looking collared shirt unbuttoned to expose a fake chain (not fooling anyone guy). This guy has an attitude problem no matter what, second instance I've walked in, no greeting, just odd stares as if I'm stealing (I mean racial discrimination is no secret in this town in general). I walk up to pay and he doesnt even bother to tell me the total or communicate at all, then when I pay for it with debt he simply walks away. I had 4 items, and in all my years of working retail I always have asked if the customer wants a bag. Not the case, just walks away. So I ask, "can I get a bag for it". Of course this further upsets this sleezeball who thinks its such a trouble to simply, do his job. So instead of bagging up the items himself he simply tosses it through the opening for me to do myself. Real professional. I dont suggest even coming to this place at all given the circumstances, they dont even follow COVID guidelines as the man in question wasnt even wearing a facemask.

Price gouging during this epidemic; shame on you! We are your customers for years and when there is a crisis and people are losing jobs, you raise prices?! Never will step foot in this 7-11 again!

This location is very centrally located in East Meadow. Very clean location with a nice coffee bar. Coffee is always fresh.
