Amazing experience! Steven G. helped my wife and I get amazing value on our trade in and got us into the exact car we wanted at a great price. Steven was welcoming and attentive to our every need and eased all of our worries. He communicated well and was fair and transparent. This is the worst place Run Dont walk Run Away our sales person was nice enough but cant really help once car is sold. Service department has s 50/50 at best with longer that 5 min wait times an repeated hang ups Oh an watch out for the 25 mile roadside policy an read everything The price of our vehicle and or the paper work did not match Not a good first experience buying a certified car which died after 2 weeks My key-fob was also given to me with a dead battery which left me locked out the car SMH This has not been a good car buying experience

First time customer at Kia Autoworld East Meadow and couldn’t say enough good things about the experience as a whole. Daniel Ignardi was the salesman I worked with and he was amazing! Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and steered me in the right direction. Really worked with me to get the best deal possible. The entire process was the quickest and easiest leasing experience I have ever had. Would highly recommend coming here and asking for Daniel next time you are car shopping!

I had a wonderful experience with Karim Sherifa. He listened to my needs, was very attentive, not the typical salesman pitch. He really helped me find the car and price that were comfortable for me. Even after I picked up my car, he responded to my texts quickly and help me. I would highly recommend Karim! He was such a pleasure to work with!

Sean the manager is about the only person there with any kind of sense. Went to get a new lease, put a down payment down, went the next day to get the car, told me I would have to wait a little and the little wait turned into 3 hours of me waiting. Told them I had an urgent matter to take care of so I had to go for them to tell me oh we're almost done to wait even longer. They let me take the car to tell me i had to come back to do more stuff and not to mention they let me leave with no registration on my car. (Terry specifically). Communication is horrible and Terry (whatever he does there) is the worst person to speak to about anything. His demeanor sucks, his attitude sucks and he made faces at my family after telling him he needs better communication and customer service. (Ridiculous, childish behavior) Corporate definitely got an email and there's so many other places you can go. They couldn't even do the bare minimum and even the people who work there bad mouthed the other workers. Karim comes off very nice but in the end no one there can take accountability for anything and it's just a joke. Do yourself a favor and Find another dealer. Customer service is far to none here.

I came in today not knowing that I was going to buy a car. I’ve met Dan and he was a wonderful salesman. He understood what my needs were and found a couple cars in my budget. He’s very patient, funny & informative. I really enjoyed my experience, Dan made buying my first car effortless!!!! Love him!!!!

From the moment I walked in, the staff, Steven was very friendly. The professionalism, the patience that he had was outstanding. He helped me find a car that met my requirements. As of that I did not stress one bit when trying to buy a car as the dedication to satisfy the customer was from the beginning to end. Karim was so helpful! I came into the dealership looking for a 2024 KIA K5 45 minutes before the dealership closed. Karim took the time to sit down with me and go over pricing and was very thorough. Luckily he found me the exact interior & exterior I was looking for and made the process very easy! My car was delivered that same week. I am in love with my new car and would definitely go through auto world Kia and Karim for my next car!

Dan is the BEST! I was looking for a 2024 Kia Soul GT in blue and came to Autoworld Kia. Met Dan out in the lot and he had the exact car I was looking for. Without feeling pressured or harassed to make a decision, I drove the car off the lot the same day. Dan was able to work with me and made the entire process of leasing a car super easy. I will definitely return here to work with Dan for all future car needs.

Service:1. The service prices they post online and on the service agreement you sign are not true. They claim they haven't gotten around to updating them. 2. They fill out your service survey for you with perfect scores and give you a sheet saying these were your "approved answers" and you must contact them by email to refute them. I will include a photo for proof. 3. They take your email and phone and tell you that you need to write a Google review for them before you leave. They say they will give you a chance to win free gas if you leave a positive Google Review.4. They try to charge over $100 more than it costs for a cabin filter that you can easily change yourself for $15.5. They can and will do physical damage to your car.Sales:1. They will only finance a car with you for over MSRP. They sneak in substantial finance fees of thousands over your agreed price. (Pay off your financed car immediately and deny them their bonuses.)2. They do not honor the interest rates on their site. They say that is an outside marketing company. 3. They keep you all day to wear you down.4. They will capture your signature on an iPad and digitally put it on a bunch of legal pages you never saw that waive away all your rights. 5. They give your info to a bogus warranty company that tries to solicit you by mail for an unnecessary warranty for years after you buy your car. The mail comes with threatening pink notices that make it seem like you will be in trouble if you don't hurry up and buy the fake warranty for your new Kia. 6. They promise to give you the car mats for free, but these are not Kia mats, just cheap third party ones that don't fit your car. This is the most dishonest place I've ever dealt with in my life. I love my Kia, but the dealerships are criminal enterprises.

So when I bought my car, I was told that there is a chip shortage for their key fobs so I would only receive 1 set of keys but the salesman told me that I would receive a 2nd set in the mail. Its been a year and still no key fob. Spent 50k and they still stiff me over a key fob, unbelievable dishonesty. Will never go back or recommend.
