ATM has been experiencing a lot of problems. It ate my money. I wanted to make a deposit put $50 in. It did an error had a occurred, “take back your cash”. But the hatch never opened and I lost my $50. To make it worst this happened New Years weekend and no representatives or anybody I can talk to were available to report the problem. This is a problem and it may have been $50. But that could have easily been $500 for someone else and that is a lot. I hope they would give me my money back.

stomers inside due to covid. As JOHNNY came to the door to allow a customer to leave i said excuse me i was here at 12 on the dot may i please enter. Johnny said no i locked the door at 12 and you weren't here. I said ok maybe u locked the door at 12 and 0 seconds, I'm here at 12 and 30 seconds I'm still here at 12. I wouldn't mind using the ATM but the amount of money i need to withdraw i cannot do so from the ATM. He told me i should have gotten here earlier. I said sir this is ridiculous, I'm a customer, i am here in person trying to make a transaction you are going to turn me away over seconds??? Plus you are closed on Sunday's so i need to make my transaction today. He said too bad we've been swamped all day. I AM SORRY UVE BEEN SWAMPED, I DIDN'T REALIZE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL WAS DEPENDENT ON HOW BUSY YOU ARE THAT DAY. The audacity for a bank to not allow a customer into their location to complete a transaction over a technicality and mere seconds is unforgivable. Be a human, have some compassion. You aren't the only bank in town to think you are willing to lose a customer over something so petty. Your hours indicate that you are open til 12. That doesn't mean i have to arrive at 11:59 in order to be helped, or does it? I guess your true hours are til 11:59 then. I am so upset.. listen there is another capital one bank on hempstead tpke about 2 miles down the road, don't waste your time at this location, their workers lack compassion and fail when it comes to customer service

I hate Capital one and plan on going in tomorrow to switch banks after what transpired over the last month... Long story short the "corner" of my card broke off, so I called up requested a new card... I asked will it be same number and everything they replied yes. 2-3 weeks go by I never got the card. Called up again they apologized said they will send out the replacement again overnight and I was happy. Next day I go to use my debit card that I have been using and it got closed out and shut down. I called up for like the 4-5th time and they said whoever was on the phone last put in my card was stolen and closed my accounts! Now I have to go around and worry about what accounts I have to put the new card number in for. Here is the kick in the balls, few years back I paid extra money to have the American Flag on the front of my card, the new card they sent out doesn't have it and are claiming they no longer do it... But I get letters in the mail almost on weekly basics asking if I want to pay and switch... So here I am with a new card number and the plain blue and grey card color that I don't want and out the money I paid extra for... Big F You to the customer support for being completely useless.

I like this little bank. It's just little. But it's a bank bank, not just an atm. It's rude that it only comes up as an atm only; it's a real bank WITH an atm!!!!

True professionalism and great customer service. I was looking to change banks and went to this Branch as it's close to my Home and had good reviews. It was fairly busy during Lunch hour however the Branch Manager Christina Flanagan was assisting Cashiers and was attending walk in clients like myself at the same time. She was very professional and was leading by example. She was knowledgeable and provided best options that suited my needs. I would highly recommend this place for banking!

I have never been in here before but this Capital One Bank is NICE !! Polite friendly employees. As soon as it got busy, I think she's a manager, stepped right behind where the tellers are and helped out right away.
