I am Verizon member since....too long. Why not change? This store is why. They are efficient and effective. They don't rush you. They know the value of a solid, paying customer. I could have gone to three other stores within the same distance...Sean makes it worth it. Is it expensive? Yes, but that's a Verizon problem. He makes it possible to navigate the world of bills and contracts with ease. I highly recommend and suggest you go.

This store should be closed. I went to solve a problem getting my mail to load. The man at the front desk was eating his lunch and listening to a loud movie with very inappropriate language for a place of business. After I stood in front of his desk for a while, he just pointed across the floor and said, "He can help you.:I couldn't see the employee he was referencing because the guy was nearly layig down in his chair. When I went over I had to wait for him to finish a text before he aknowledged me. I explained my problem and he fiddled with my phone, but kept putting it down to continue his text conversation. He finlly had me reenter my AOL account password and got that mail to download. He did not want to deal with my two g-mail accounts.Finally he just told me to contact AOL if this happened again. To say that these two "representatives: didn't want to work is a gross understatement. Avoiid this store at all cost.

0 stars. The manager is a scam artist. I ordered. A phone for pickup, called to confirm j could come right away. Got there and got attitude about coming before getting a confirmation text ( even though I called first). "Did you get a text say it's ready? No? Because it's not". Then went behind the wall with a colleague and whispered for 5minutes before telling me they "can't" give me the phone. That I ordered and paid for. I asked him to then cancel the order so i can figure out where to get it from instead "that's on the customer side. You have to call and deal with that". Unprofessional, rude, and a con artist who probably wanted to wheel and deal the phone to a different customer instead. Safe yourself the headache and time (as I'm now going on 1 hour on the phone with Verizon trying to get this resolved).

Do not shop in this Verizon store. I repeat, do not shop in this Verizon store. They hired a salesman named Frank who was horrible, when I went back even the other sales people told me they knew he was horrible. And yet, they also told me that there was no one there managing the location who could do anything about the horrible treatment customers receive from this Frank. So what does that tell you about this phone store? It tells you, there are plenty of other places you can go to buy a very expensive item rather than this place. Hence: do not shop in this Verizon store. Have a nice day

Saved me hundreds of dollars!!! Such an awesome staff. Totally there for the customer. We went to the store to set up my new iphone 13 which I purchased at apple for about $1300.00. They informed me I could of purchased 2 phone at half the price with Verizon. So that's what we did returned the phone to apple and walked away with 600.00 in my pocket. Thank you!!!!!!

Great place highly recommend this Verizon store. The associate Frank G. Is reason enough use them. I am a returning customer I left t mobile to come back and frank knew everything all the specials that they offer. He put everything together my phone to watch to pairing my car. Used the bigger store down Hempstead tpk but bigger is not better this smaller store is more of a personal experience I have ti say he is the reason I will always use this store for my family

They helped me get my new iphone 11 which was great :) Until they double charged me on the one time charges! Charged me in store and also added the same "one time charges" to my next monthly bill!

Disaster, salesman ripped off my girlfriend for the tune of about 1200 dollars and hours on the phone with Verizon. Gave her false information about a couple of things.one thing that they told her was that the kids old phones would shut off automatically after fourteen days (not true) second thing was that we didn't have to return any phones( not true) another thing was after arguing about retuning phones they couldn't print a return label. Reason you ask? Because Verizon said I owed $710 dollars on the phone which isn't true Absolute worse. Avoid at all costs. Doesn't deserve 1star

Came in with my dad on a Wednesday to switch him over from Sprint to my family plan on Verizon. Plenty of parking out front. We were the only ones in the store so we were helped immediately which was great! Very friendly service, knew exactly what we had to get from Sprint and took care of the rest for us!

Not friendly or helpful at all, I felt like I couldn't be pushed out quick enough when they realized they didn't know how to help me fix my device or sell me a new one. Wasted my time going here, and while store rep attempted to help he could barely stay off his personal phone. I guess his social media was more important than his job. Uneducated on phones and his only attempt was nothing more than the product of a google search. Don't waste your time, seek another Verizon down the road.
