Repair was not done properly first time and came apart… brought back and was charged to have it fixed again. I hope charging me again for a repair that should have been done properly the first time was worth a Lost customerService: Alterations

dry cleaning is fine i guess, but do not get anything tailored from them. wouldn't give me a refund after supposedly fixing my dress and being unable to wear it the day i needed it and they couldn't do anything to help me because they hired an outside person to tailor, then refused to give me any sort of refund of any sort
