This review is not even for me. Lol. These many people should never have a bad experience at a bank location. People go there for a simple transaction. Workers being rude to multiple people, machines not working. How about either close this location or do it right. Damn.

Can someone please fix the ATM machines!!!! They are never in working condition.

It was bad enough when the eliminated the tellers but atleast 50% of the time I go there the atms are broken. Never experienced anything quite like this branch.

I have been a chase member for over 10 years and I visited this branch today and receive horrible customer service from Rich. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I kindly asked for help to withdraw some money he wouldn’t even get up from his desk all he kept saying over and over again was “ we don’t do any withdrawals or deposits at this site” wouldn’t even come to the atm to assist. Why hire someone who just sits there and on top of being lazy is extremely rude. Thank GOD a young GENTLEMAN man named Orin ( I hope I spelled his name correctly ) came and assisted me and was EXTREMELY professional and kind.

My bed experience while I go there ATM machine. They must fix there Drive Through and walk in ATM Machine. Just now I waist my time to went there. And it's happened many times. I thought they care about there neighborhoods but I don't think so at all. Poor brunch I HAVE SEEN EVER.

Horrible service! I went in today to deposit a check and there was a latina lady with brownish red hair who obviously hates her job. She gave me such attitude just because she did not want to do her job. Even if the service is unavailable she could had said it nicely, she was so rude and nasty to me. She even snatched my check from my hand and of course i did the same back to her. MANAGEMENT PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES!!

Closed untill today JULY.31.2020 but Nobody answer When they open.We can't use safe Box also. We are waiting few month but They said wait again and again.
