Lauren was beyond helpful and explained everything thoroughly. She was extremely kind and made sure I understood my care instructions and that my boot given was comfortable and fit perfect. I could not recommend more!

I highly recommend this place! My 6-year old son needed a CAM boot and we were able to get him one the very next day! Other places were saying 3-5 days! Steve was so helpful. After wearing the boot for over 3 weeks, we needed a new one, and they were able to deliver it to me personally since I could not make it there! I cannot express how great the service is here. Everyone is so nice and helpful!

Amazing patient care! My mother was discharged today after having hip surgery. The hospital did not put her brace on before she was discharged. After attempting to figure it out for 20 minutes, she called COSI to ask for help ( it’s Friday evening on a holiday weekend) Steve said he’d be over in 20 minutes. He took the time to show my mother and I how to put the brace on properly. We would have never got through the weekend without his help. This office is incredible. Highly recommend.

Came here looking for a knee brace on MDW, office was closed, while walking out was greeted by Steve who graciously reopened the office and assisted me with receiving a brace. He was super friendly , made sure my brace fitted and felt good. Great customer service. 10/10 experience !!

His expertise in The field is evident in the quality of his work. He guided me through every step of the process, patiently answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The attention to detail He put into crafting my prosthetic truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to get on the court and play some basketball, looking for a great prosthetist C.O.S.I. is the place you want to visit

I wish I had learned about COSI sooner. I’m sure that my journey to recovery would be over by now if I would’ve been directed to COSI by my doctors when I first reported my issues to them. I am pleased to note that I am happy with my brace, the office staff and Dan. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with.

When I walked in Ella and Nina were so welcoming and nice. They explained everything perfectly. They put me in the room and Steven came in and fitted me right away for a knee brace. He explained how to make my life easier on how to put on and take off. I’m so glad I came here especially because this stuff gives me a lot of anxiety. They couldn’t have been any nicer and made me relax. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank You COSI.
