I am very disappointed with the overall quality of medical care I have received here. I have been going here for some time and was hopeful and trusting based on other reviews I have read. I have a common medical issue which was missed and then was sent out to a specialist, who grossly over charged my insurance thousands of dollars and drew over 10 tubes of blood, to diagnose me with something Dr. Ahmed could have caught and then of course they sent me back to this office to follow up. This issue I have is one that is commonly managed by a PCP. Months later, I (and not the physician) asked for specific follow up labs in the clinic, which resulted as very abnormal again, however I did not receive any follow up call about the abnormal results. If I had not even asked for follow up labs and been specific with the type of labs I wanted, she wouldn’t even have thought to re check, and she would have rechecked the basic labs which wouldn’t show the complete scope of my issue. I developed a serious infection months later as a result of this preexisting disorder, which was again misdiagnosed by Dr. Ahmed. She didn’t believe me when I told her I had cough, chills and high fevers over a few days. In fact, I saw her roll her eyes in the telemed call when I mentioned how high my fevers were. She missed the diagnosis again. The local urgent care treated me with more care and accurate treatment than I received here. I am sorry to say this, as I don’t like to criticize small businesses and I like to support women, but I would not go here if you are expecting sound, genuine medical care or if you require some deeper thought or investigation behind your symptoms. Wait times are frustrating and long, even if there are not that many people waiting, probably because the staff sits there giggling and gossiping in another language over their lives instead of moving patients along efficiently. The answering service for the clinic now includes newly offered medispa services, which already raised my suspicions as to what the priority of this clinic is. Everyone is nice and makes small talk when you encounter them, but after these experiences, I don’t trust their level of care and accuracy when it comes to my health.

I have been a patient for sometime now and am really happy with them. Firstly, Dr Sebeen is the best PCP anyone can have. She is so so caring and so patient with everything. She is so knowledgeable about everything. My MIL had a condition for a very long time that her previous pcp could never figure out. Dr Sebeen figured it out so quickly and treated it. We are so thankful for her. She is very kind and you can tell she loves her job. Secondly, Her staff is also very amazing and they are always ready to help with everything. They are very kind and helpful. They always speak with a smiling face. Also, I am so happy that they also offer medspa treatments and i have been getting a few things done and i am so so so happy with the results. I would recommend them for all the services they offer.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this doctor’s office. They overbook appointments, causing long wait times and rushed visits. Worse, they failed to sign my release form even four days after my report was completed, forcing me to reschedule my surgery. Despite multiple calls to remind them, they kept saying they were handling it but never did. This office appears to be more profit-oriented than patient-focused. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking timely and considerate medical care.

Very clean office BUT FOR SOME REASON DR SEBEEM CHARGES MY HUSBAND AND ME . PCP DR DECIDED TO CHARGE US SEPARATELY FROM OUR INSURANCE WITH FULL MEDICAID AND WERE DISABLED REGISTERED SHE STILL DECISION TO STOP SERVING US AND DIDN'T EVEN TELL US .WE CALL TO.MAKE A APPOINTMENT AND FRONT Desk GIRL SAID SHE ISN'T YOUR PCP BUT DR SEBEEM CANCEL OUR SERVICE AND NOT INFORM US AND BILL US SEPARATELY IS ILLEGAL AND DISRESPECTFUL I AM Disappointed IN HER AS A DOCTOR BECAUSE OUR Last VIDEO APPOINTMENT SHE WAS LAUGHING AND SMILING AND THEN WE HEAR FROM FRONT DESK SEBEEM CANCELLED BEING OUR PRIMARY CARE DR WITHOUT ASSIGNED NEW PCP DR AND THATS REQUIRED BY LAW, BUT SHE IGNORED THAT, SOMEONE ELSE WILL REPORT HER SO I LEAVE HER PROFESSIONALISM IN GODS HANDS BECAUSE U CANT MAKE YOUR PCP DR DO THERE JOBS THEY WERE TRAIN ,DONT VISIT HER WITHOUT LOOKING OVER YOUR PAPERWORK AND BILLS Beside THIS HER OFFICE WAS GREAT WHEN DR SINGH WAS THERE HE CARED ABOUT U AMD Your FAMILY AND HEALTH AND I HAVE PROOF OF ALL I SAID HERE TODAY SHES CHARGED ME AMD MY HUSBAND BOTH SEPARATELY AND WE WERE FULLY COVERED .THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF SHE DIDN'T CARE TO MAKE SURE I HAD PAMPERS FOR ADULTS AFTER OR BEFORE MY SURGERY AND JUST BE CAREFUL AND ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE YOUR DR IS.DOING THERE JOBS AND NOT ONLY THERE TO KEEP THERE LIGHTS ON OR PAY There BILLS

Dr Sebeen is my favorite physician and her staff is very friendly. Welcoming and professional environment. They accommodated me last minute.
She is very knowledgeable, dont rush and takes time to listen.

This office is the worst. First the three receptionist they have are so rude and just gossip in urdu all day. Very unprofessional. Very unwelcoming as they give anyone who comes up a dirty look. The wait times are ridiculous. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the doctor to spend 5 minutes with me. To which afterwards she sent me waiting AGAIN for a simple blood test. The only reason this place is "busy" is because they do not know how to do anything efficiently. I have complained to them and they do not care. Even getting them on the phone means dedicating a few days of your life to reach one of the mean receptionists on the phone. My whole family go to Dr. Razzaq-Ahmed but the behavior of her office and their system leave much to be desired. Very disappointing.

Dr. Sebeen and her staff are very caring and accommodating. She follows up after every visit. I highly recommend East Meadow Medical PC to anybody.

Worst Dr ever! Zero stars. I have no idea how she has such great reviews?? they must be purchased or fake. I had serious concerns regarding my son's health and she was inpatient, rude and downright disrespectful. She kept repeating herself that she "knows my type" and to go to NUMC because they "deal with people like me all the time" I wasn't sure if she meant my race of people? or concerned mothers who had questions? Extremely unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend anyone to her.
