A wonderful, seamless experience! The staff are welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Razzaq-Ahmed is patient, kind, and thorough. Her fund of knowledge is impressive and her efficiency is incredible. Not only did they accommodate me for an office visit according to my schedule, she called me with my test results in less than 48 hours! I will be recommending my friends and family to this top notch practice!

Dr. Sebeen is literally the best doctor ever. She will take her time to listen and answer all your questions. Her staff is also 1000/10! Honestly, everything about this office is 1000/10. If you’re looking for a new primary care physician, please come to East Meadow Medical!

Dr. Sebeen Razzaq- Ahmed was warm, welcoming and thorough. She took the time to make sure she didn't miss anything. I would definitely recommend her practice. They also take care of blood work at the clinic which was very convenient.

The doctor and staff are excellent!!! My daughter needed bloodwork done, she was very nervous but the staff made her feel very confortable , they were very nice and understanding, I like how the doctor takes her time explaining everything and she also takes her time listening to your concerns. Excellent clinic overall.

I have never seen such unprofessional doctor,First u need a lot of patience to see doctor Sabeen because you will have to wait ATLEAST 1hr after ur actual apointment time it could be more,i waited 1hr 50 mins and still there were 2 patients before me,i had to go somewhere so i left,i went next time and had to wait for 1hr 40 mins I had my annual exam. no one called me for my results, after waiting for 3 weeks i called them and they emailed me my results, some of the values on my blood works were not normal and I was informed that IF I WANTED TO DISCUSS MY RESULTS i needed to visit the doctor again. This is highly unethical , is this even legal ??the doctor never bothered to call, besides the blood works some other tests were also done but i was told that i needed to see the doctor to get those results. Visiting that doctor's office is a nightmare , she is available only a few days a weekThanks to this unprofessional doctor now my insurance company will not cover an anual physical if i go to a different doctor .Coming here was a mistake because i was fooled by the fake reviews,i am definitely going to change my pcp

I had a scheduled appointment for 1:00 today. When I arrived the receptionist asked if I had a new insurance, which I replied with no. I've had the same health insurance for over 3 years. I attempted to call the insurance company but unfortunately they aren't open on the weekends. I was unable to access the app or website, as it was down for maintenance. From what I gathered when they tried to run my insurance, it would not process. I showed them the app was down, as well as, the website so this is clearly why it's not processing. Mind you, this isn't my first time to see this doctor and all previous times there were no issues with my insurance. After I waited for 40 minutes the receptionist informs me that the doctor won't see me because of the insurance issue. I was at a loss for words, as she explained I could call on Monday and they could try again and get me in on Tuesday. Absolutely not, I will find a new provider who doesn't turn patients away because their insurance company decides to do maintenance on their sites on a Saturday.

One receptionist who has been there for years is rude, and has no consideration for peoples time. The place has no same day walk in’s or appointments. Have had numerous bad experiences with this place but kept putting it aside. You won’t get the primary care physician, always an AP. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Very please with the practice in general. Love how Dr. Sebeen explain everything and treated me as a patient. The staff are very courteous and professional as well. Very easy to connect with them by phone and schedule my appointments

Going into the office was a breeze and everyone who works there were so nice and caring. The male nurse who took my blood was absolutely amazing and so are the girls at the front. The doctor is hands-down the best doctor I have ever been to, and I can’t wait to continue my health journey with her by my side.

Terrible, terrible service! I made an appointment a whole month ago, then they rearranged it because of Ramadan, and when I finally came in on the day of the appointment, they told me my insurance had been stopped two days ago as an excuse which is was not stopped. I wasted a whole month waiting to be seen for a checkup, and they didn't see me at all! Now I didn't get a checkup, and I've wasted my time completely! Stay away from here!

I was highly recommended to Dr. Sabeen. She was highly professional and very accurate. She went to a lot of detail of what my issues were. Also the staff is just unbelievably friendly, professional and make you feel utterly comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Since I Came In Country East Meadow Medical Is My First Primary Care. They Are Professional And Experienced They Greet Me Very Well And Listened Each And Everything I Told Them About My Health. They Took Care Of Everything Very Well. 110% Recomended
