I had a great experience at this dealership. Khenny walked me through yhe whole process. I came for what was advertised and left with it the same day. I will recommend to others. I will say the price was a little more than what was advertised but they was able to work with me and get me into my dream car.

We met Kemo on arrival. One of the most warm and hospitable individual you would ever imagine. He walked us through the cost build up for the purchase price. While we had concern that the listed price was below the purchase price but because of this thoroughness and honest way of explaining we had to go ahead with the purchase from 5 Star Auto Sales.

Only one star because you can’t put 0… but in actuality Absolutely 0 stars I went to this dealership over 2-3 weeks ago looking at a vehicle, I was told to leave them $500 dollars that was 100% refundable to hold said car for me and if I wasn’t happy with the numbers or it wasn’t able to work out I would receive that money back into my account. They kept trying to get me into a vehicle I wasn’t there to purchase. When I left the dealership I was told that they started the refund process to give me my money back. It is now how many weeks later and I still never received my money, I was told they only process refunds on Friday, as well as multiple times it would take 2-4 days to process, also I was told that they will mail it in a check and they don’t do refunds to the account, they never even had my address to mail the check to In The first place. It’s a constant run around with these people. I’m currently serving in the military active duty and with the government shutdown and us not getting paid because of that it’s important to get my money back. There is no reason it’s taking this long to receive this payment back,I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here to purchase a vehicle. Unless you want to deal with overpriced vehicles. I left this place and the same day went to a different location and found the same exact car for less then they were asking for and left the same day with the car. Something this place was not able to do after giving the run around over and over again. Complete and utter disgrace. Feels like you are just being lied to and played with everything that they say. Avoid this dealership

This place is a disgrace. I called three times to confirm a 2022 BMW X5 for $27k they swore it was available. I show up, and suddenly it “has a deposit.” Then they try to sell me another “2022” but when I checked the VIN, it was actually a 2021 with rolled-back miles! They admitted it had 60k miles, yet wanted more money than the 2022 with fewer miles which was in the back of lot apparently not available because some one put a “deposit” The other 2021 BMW almost same spec car looked straight-up stolen heavy interior wear like 100k+ miles, smelled like cigarettes, filthy inside, long crank to start, and an engine tick. They lowballed my clean trade-in saying it’s under $20k when KBB is way higher. They appraised it as fair condition and said it’s an horrible car it’s in fantastic shape with high resale and KBB value plus low mileage Everything here screams scam, lies, and shady business. If there’s one piece of advice you take today STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE TOTAL DISGRACE SHOULD BE NAMED ZERO STAR AUTO SALES!!!!!!!
