“Decided to try out the two week trial. I’m currently on week one and I’ve been taking my classes with Saro so far and it’s been amazing. I feel like I’m working out my whole body but also getting help when I need it. Very attentive and helpful, you aren’t just left to do whatever, but there’s a structure and the coach is around constantly helping. The front desk was wonderful, sweet and explained everything. Great place to exercise and great people that work there!”

As a former professional strength and conditioning coach with years of experience running my own training facility, I have a deep appreciation for gyms that prioritize both quality coaching and community — and Peak 180 does exactly that.

The programming is smart, balanced, and scalable to all levels. The coaches bring a great mix of technical knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine care for their members. The environment is positive, supportive, and motivating — something that’s hard to find and even harder to maintain.

Although I ultimately found that CrossFit isn’t the right long-term fit for my personal training style, I left Peak 180 with nothing but respect for the team and what they’ve built. It’s a top-tier facility for anyone looking to train hard, learn proper technique, and be part of a welcoming fitness community.”

“I've been to several OTF locations, including out of state, and I've never had a bad experience, but this particular location is special. The SA's are always lovely and the coaches here are great. Alyssa, Nikki, Robyn and Shaina are my favorites. They are motivating without being overbearing. I'm still a beginner and can't physically do all of the movements on the floor or hit all of the recommended speeds or inclines on the tread (YET!) and I find the coaches to be encouraging without making me feel ashamed or self conscious. In just the few months that I've been consistently showing up, I see so much improvement in my strength and endurance, but more importantly, maybe, is the improvement in my mental health. If you're thinking about coming for a class and are afraid, don't be. I let so much time pass because I didn't think I could do it. Don't be like me. The first class is free, come give it a try.”

“I am a 70year old patient at Ivy Rehab due to a severe fall Needing PT for extended time due to my injuries.Seeing the Peak Performance side of this facility I joined the gym. To further my healing journey. I was blessed with Derek B. As a fitness trainer showing me the use and equipment of the gym. I now have weekly sessions with Derek who is aware of my frame and my weaknesses Therefore giving me particular strength training for my needs Derek pushes me. Which is necessary in My case I will continue to work with Derek in my healing journeyI’m getting better”

“I took my first class very early one morning, so it was just me and one other person. This made the class feel very personal, and the instructor was able to train us on a better level. It was a 30 minute class that consisted of using the climber machine half the time and then doing light weight lifting the other half. I wasn't crazy about the machine because it was a bit too intense for me, but I enjoyed the other half of the class. The instructor was awesome and kept pushing us beyond what we thought we could handle. I don't think this is the type of studio I would buy a membership at, but I would buy some drop in classes.”

“My go-to studio!! I discovered this location over a year ago, and I’ve been lucky enough to recommend it to some close friends and now we’re here every single week. Literally!! Every!! Single!! Week!! Every coach is extremely motivating. They correct your form, push you to work harder, and also remind you to take a break when needed. I really love the encouragement each coach provides. I’ve had the privilege of taking classes with almost every coach, and every single one has gone above and beyond to take care of us. No one ever feels left out.
Matt at the front desk is always a pleasure!! He makes checking in super easy and takes the time to explain any questions I have.
I work with Jacqueline every Monday and Tuesday, and she is incredibly encouraging. My friends and I even take double classes with her because she’s just that amazing. (While I’ve taken most of my classes with her, every coach I’ve worked with has been just as great.) Lead coaches Eddie and soon-to-be Bridget (congrats!!!!!) have also been nothing but the best. My splat points are always insanely high in their classes!!

Thank you all for being so amazing. This studio is truly a breath of fresh air; full of motivation and encouragement. I look forward to each and every session!”
