From the first call with Billy until my direct interaction with Dean I can't say enough positive things.
Their honesty and fairness really stood out. They didn’t try to upsell or overcharge, (actually quite the opposite) and they genuinely cared about helping me and my situation. They got the job done when others couldn't. And the customer service was superior from start to finish. Extremely professional, kind, and truly understanding of my situation.
It’s rare to find a business that combines expert workmanship, integrity, and compassion, but Masters Auto Collision does it all. I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

I hate to say I had to go to them three times for seperate car accidents/repairs and they were ALWAYS friendly and takes over the reigns when it comes to insurance claims. This is a gem in the neighborhood. Do not hesitate to come here. Don't have a single complain about any of the staff here. They know their stuff. Shout out to Doc for helping with the insurance claim through the other party, and Billy always for looking out for the customers

Dean and the crew are the utmost professionals in Autobody and mechanical repairs. I have used this company for years, and they have always done expert work in a timely fashion. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They basically lie to insurance companies to get more than what they actually put into the car. The owner Billy told me this.

My truck was involved in an accident and had significant damage which I was extremely upset about. Masters Auto picked up my truck from another shop and took care of all the legwork. From there on Billy was my contact at Masters and from the beginning he assured me my truck would be as good as new and even better. He took care of having my rental pick me up at the shop He made himself readily available along the whole 6 week process and always kept me up to date on the status of my truck. As for the work done to my truck …. All I can say is impeccable !! Attention to detail is obvious. My truck looks incredible. !!!!
Masters is the place to go !!

I recommend this place to everyone!
I used to live on Long Island and I moved to upstate NY. When my daughter hit someone’s car, I drove one and a half hour to Masters collision because there’s no one like them where I live. We love Bill, he is an amazing person. He always cares about people with empathy and kindness.

I needed to write a review for Masters Collision because it was a great experience. Customer service is the best! Their work is the excellent and the turn around time was quick. Dean was helpful in all aspects of getting my car fixed. I will absolutely use them again if needed and wanted you all to know where you can go if you need your vehicles fixed properly! With great customer service!

My underbody panel started dragging in the middle of the highway today and I had no idea what to do, or even what that meant. I just knew it was terrifying. Thank God Billy’s Masters Collision was there to SAVE my car and educate me on what a serious issue this can be!! He and his employees are so kind and friendly and rightfully take pride in their amazing work. I’ve never been to such a clean and family oriented body shop. Once you come here, you’ll never go anywhere else. They truly are the best of the best. Thank you guys!!
