The office is large and spotless.The staff listened and were attentive. Within 45 minutes I was on my way with meds sent to my pharmacy. They informed me my info would be on file for future check in. “Who enjoys going to the Doctor? Pretty much no one, but that’s probably because you haven’t been to this office. I needed a physical for a clinical rotation and my primary couldn’t get me in but I called and spoke with Sandy and she helped me more than I even realized I needed. She may be the nicest human being alive and I’ve never met her in person. Arrived today and was greeted by Cristal who checked me in told me what paperwork she would need all with a smile on her face like she actually enjoyed speaking with me. Next up was Daniela who I found out will be a treating medical professional in just a couple months, her future patients will be very lucky to have her with her personality and patient care, anywhere will be lucky to have her. Finally there is Amy and if I didn’t know any better I’d swear there is a competition between all these great women to see who can be nicer than the last. I was not sick but I’d bet had I been just speaking with this team I would have started getting better immediately. You can’t teach bedside manner but if you could Amy would be the Professor. People that write reviews typically complain about the smallest of issues but if anyone ever wrote a negative review of this crew I’d love to talk with them because I can’t picture them being capable of doing wrong. 10/10 send your family and friends!!! Tell them Fox sent ya!!! Oh and by the way this office is about 45’ from my home and I’m not even remotely upset about it.”

“First off, MEDICARE FOR ALL!! TO CALL WHAT WE HAVE A HEALTH CARE "SYSTEM" IS LAUGHABLY CRUEL. I went to another unnamed in network lab that I usually go to with two lab scripts from two of my different doctors, one from an in-network provider and one from an out-of-network provider. Even though the lab I usually go to is in network they refused to do the lab script for a doctor that was out of network. I protested saying that that's insane because the lab I'm currently at and talking to is you; you are in network and you are performing the services as an in network lab!! Why does it matter that the script is from and out of network provider?? Anyway, I went to northwell Labs as a walk-in and explain my issue and even the urgency of my getting the lab work done quickly. They were amazing!!! Everyone was kind competent and more than willing to go out of the way to help me out of the situation. Don't go anywhere else!! Thanks for coming to my TED talk.”

“My experience with Mobile Health in Hempstead was nice! The staff was very friendly and professional. I didn't feel anything was off when it came to how they treated me. My appointment was for 10 AM and I waited about half an hour. However, I was there for a little under an hour overall, which was fine.”

“I have a huge phobia of bloodwork. The woman did what I needed her to do for me to relax. My blood was coming out slow so it took a very long time and was poked several times but she kept checking in on me and gave me time to breathe in between pokes. Didn't get frustrated or yell at me once.”

I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. If you don't have an appointment, you can wait for awhile. If you have an appointment, there might be still a little wait but it's really understandable considering how crowded the place is.”

“Went there for a drug test for pre-employment. The lady that helped me out was very nice. However, the wait times are going to be a bit long. My appointment was at 9:30 and I checked in 10 minutes prior. I was not called until 10:00 to do the drug test. It took about 5 minutes to complete the test but the place does look a bit understaffed. At least everyone was very nice and polite to me. I do feel that an extra person helping would be great for not only the people working but also the patients that may not have the time to sit for so long”

“I arrived without an appointment for an employer drug test, and I realized arriving at 1:25pm that I might be too late. At 1:30, they can’t take walk-ins for drug tests, but Fatima didn’t mind. She took me in within two minutes, and completed the whole process explaining everything within 10-15 minutes. Absolutely amazing experience, just ignore all the old reviews. The new employees are really kind and professional. Would definitely recommend coming to this place for anything you need!”
