The level of courtesy and bed side manner received from the young woman that took my blood at the Freeport NY location was excellent. I go every 6 months and always get her and she knows how to find my stubborn veins!!!

My technician was awesome, I think her name was KiKi. I have small veins, which are hard to find, even harder when I have to fast for bloodwork, but she did a great job settling my anxiety and got the job done.
