I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience with Sterling has been ! All the items we purchased for the library have been top quality and a big hit with our patrons. The customer service was outstanding (shout out to Lori!)- very responsive and highly organized ! We will be definitely using them again for future orders!

We have been ordering promotional products from this company for many many years. They are so easy to communicate with to figure out and customize whatever is needed and at competitive prices. The two most common items we order from them are pet can food covers with our logo on it and pet food measuring cups!

Sterling Regency (and Mike and Lori) are fantastic to work with! I found Sterling by pure luck and have been so pleased with their efficiency, speed, professionalism and quality of product. They truly nail customer service. Prior to working with Sterling, we had been using a number of various vendors for promotional items and the quality was always hit or miss. I'm so happy to have found a reliable vendor that I know I can count on no matter how large or small the request is. Working with Mike and Lori from Sterling Regency has been such an easy experience and they are AMAZING!!! There has not been a time where they have not met our expectations. The whole process is quick and easy because of the fast response and flexibility they provide. The customer support and service that Mike and Lori regularly provide is at a welcome level that is so hard to find these days.
