I don't know why this store has gotten bad reviews. Both associates that helped me were very helpful and friendly. Rahim helped me purchase my new S24+, and Farim (sp) helped set it up. Thank you for a job well done!

10 days ago I purchased a mobile modem from this store. We tested the speeds of the internet at the store. We only for 1 Mbps download. I was worried that once I got to the desired location I would have similarly horrendous performance and would want a refund.I was ensured by the store manager (afternoon of 10/17/23) that my $35 activation fee will be refunded if I return the modem. Additionally I was told that I can get the refund without needing to come back this specific location ( I live an hour drive away).Once I tried the modem at the needed location the following day the results were really poor. So I returned the modem to the T-Mobile location closest to me. There i was told that they can't give me the discount, that I would have to call T-Mobile.Once I called T-Mobile they told me that in ordered to get the refund I have to call this specific store.I have called the store several times now. Only the manager is allowed to issue refunds. First I called when he wasn't there. I left my phone number for him to call me back. He didn't. I called back the next day, and he said he would process a refund and send me an update. I never got an update, never got a refund.Since then I have called twice. The manager wasn't there, I was told to leave a number for him to call me back. He has failed to call me back. That's 0 out of 4.I will say that when I was attempting to purchase the team was extremely attentive, and gave great service. Once I wanted a refund they have been a disaster. I also believe that they lied to my face about the terms of the refund.

I was home alone and ordered Rika pizza for first time thru Uber eats in Levittown I ordered cheese pizza but alas there was NO CHEESE on it only sauce. Very disappointing

After a very frustrating week of dealing with customer service and other T mobile stores, David in the East Meadow store fixed my problem within minutes and was extremely pleasant to deal with.

Probably one of the best tmobile locations, if not the best location I’ve been to. Edgar helped me throughout the entire process. He was very detailed and thorough. I definitely couldn’t have done it without him. Thank you so much Edgar! I recommend everyone to go to this location!

Edgar provided me with outstanding customer service today. He has a natural ability to understand and feel what his customers are experiencing; today he brightened my rainy day and guided me all the way as I switched carriers. I have never been as impressed with customer service as I was today. His quality service made me chose T-Mobil and I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you Edgar.

I've been coming here for a few years now. I was here back in December. The manager Jean (I believe is his name) is very racist. If your white don't bother. The Levittown location was super friendly and helpful. When I had mentioned this to the man who helped me at the Levittown location, he said he "wasn't surprised". Nice little rep this place has. ?
