Probably people more likely to review when they mad, for me, the bank stuff is friendly and i had smooth experiences.

They sent my new card to my old address even though I made it clear on my new address. Not helpful or caring like the one on 110!!!

I have been banking here for a very long time and satisfied with the service, location, staff, parking area. However, I came today knowing the bank is closed but wanted to use ATM which was not working, so a slight disappointment.
