“On one of the hottest days of the year so far I found that the A/C on my black 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche was no longer working. In fact, it was blowing hotter air than the outside. A quick search and drive led me to MP and Sons Auto Repair. I showed up in the early afternoon and was immediately helped and put at ease that my car would be ready by the time I had to leave Long Island for NJ. By the end of the business day, before 6pm, the issue was diagnosed and the parts I needed ordered. It ended up being my condenser, which had a sizable leak in it and was found by the proper testing with UV dye. By afternoon the next day my truck was fixed and the air conditioning blowing colder than it has ever been for me. Don’t let the small size of this shop fool you. They have the customer service and skills of the big shops. I think the cost of the repair was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work that went into the repair. I believe their hourly rate is $105 an hour, which is below what most shops charge. Thank you guys for a job well done and I wish you many more years in the business!”
“After getting inflated prices for Brake work from a car dealership and Firestone, Integrity determined a minor repair was needed, less than 1/2 the price as was quoted previously. A job well done, quality and friendly service. I recommend 100%. Thank you, Integrity.”
“i had been given the run around from a few different places, i had a noise i knew was coming from my front differential and a few other shops told me it was the tires (because they didn’t wanna deal with an aftermarket warranty). now i know i had tire noise but i also knew there was something else frank diagnosed and repaired the issue. was not lazy provided excellent service . i do most of my own work on my vehicles so i tend to be skeptical but f&j transmission is trustworthy . and i would recommend him to anyone who needs drivetrain work done.”
