Yes, I had to wait for service, but that's the way things are now I have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. My tank needed to be replaced and when the technicians got here they took care of business. They were skilled craftsmen and very nice.

I have been using this company going on 7yrs. They were highly recommended by previous owner of my house. 2019-2020 I struggled financially. When I was about to run out of gas they worked with me to make sure I had gas. My house totally depends on propane from heating, cooking and hot water. They were very understanding of my situation and never harassed me about my outstanding balance. The staff have human compassion and spoke to me with kindness. They made every effort to help me out during that difficult time.Thank you Proflame !

They constantly fail to deliver in a timely matter and I run out of gas at the most inopportune times. This time I called them over 2 weeks ago to tell them I was running low and I also wanted the rust on the tank to be inspected (which I've been complaining about for about a year) for any safety problems. Also, the information above is false. They have no Saturday hours and they do not return calls. Worse than having no gas on a holiday weekend is the smell from the additive that bleeds through when the gas levels are low. It stinks up the whole house and causes headaches. I have been using the company for years, but If they do not immediately correct all of these deficiencies I will be looking for another supplier.

Amazingly inept!2nd time in 2 years that we ran out of propane!They failed to let me know that they came in June to fill the tank. But, they said that there were too many cars in the driveway to deliver.A phone call in the following weeks would have been the professional thing to do.And they never re-scheduled that delivery!So here it is...January. And we run out of gas.There is no gauge on these tanks so I had no idea that we were even low.I called to tell them that I ran out of gas AGAIN (same as last year)And please deliver ASAP. ( This was Wednesday) 1/25They can't deliver till Friday... Their stock reason is "I'm down 2 drivers" same answer as last time....So now Friday comes. They won't fill the tank because the bottom is rusty.(This I understand cause it may not be safe)So now the delivery moves to Monday!Monday comes and goes... No tank! The tech is busy out east with other customers! Now,they say "FIRST THING TUESDAY MORNING!"So, I ask what time is first thing?She says... 8 to 11! ?.So now it is a full week of microwave cooking?THANK GOD THAT I DON'T DEPEND ON THEM FOR HEAT!IF THE TANK ISN'T THERE BY NOON. THE EMPTY ONE WILL BE AT THE CURB!Thankfully they delivered before noon.This will be the LAST time I use Proflame!I would rather pay twice as much to at least have decent service.Regards,Charles Stahley

First time leaving a review but i have to. Every negative review on here is valid!!! I waited almost 2 weeks for this Company to deliver. I had to cancel my Christmas dinner because my propane was not delivered not to mention i have children in the house i had to cook for. I have never experience this type of service from any Company before so i am in disbelief.

The delivery schedule is terrible. Only service my area once a week. I unfortunately did not have a choice in using them as the previous home owner rented their tank from them and I thought it would be easier for me to keep so we can move in and have hot water. MY FAULT for assuming this would be easier and not doing my research. I am used to having oil and in my previous home, I could call and often times get same day if not next day delivery. I called Proflame last week to set up an appt and they couldn't come last week and advised they could come this week. That was fine and I understood they were booked. Just got a call today regarding my delivery for tomorrow and was told they can't come until next week now (so now 2 weeks from when I called). When I expressed my concern since I have young children and want to make sure they have warm water for baths, I was told to take shorter showers so I have hot water for an additional week. I will not be renewing my contract with them as I am tired of being told how I should manage my hot water usage with propane that I pay for. I pay for their service, I shouldn't have to adjust my families needs around them. They should try managing their schedules better instead of telling me how to manage my propane when I in fact am managing propane which is why I called them to refill...

Dont use this company! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!I would give 0 stars if possible!There are many respectable, reliable, honest companies to choose from in the area! (This company was recently sold and has new owners! Used to be good! They are terrible now!)They charge for services that never where done!Their employees tell the customer a price get paid for services, then office also sends a bill with a rediculous price for services already paid for.THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!

Been using this company since Super Storm Sandy. Had then take over the account from another location provider. Over the years have added propane lines for BBQ, indoor/outdoor fireplaces and an on demand unit. Have always done right by me. Have them on auto fill at my house and office and always reliable. Have even squeezed me in for RV fill up before trips.

Evidently they don’t care weather they get business or not. We’ve been trying to get someone out to discuss new service. We are new to the area and need propane installed on the property. They tel us they will call us back but we get nothing. If you’re not going to call back or supply reliable service then you should close your doors. We will be looking elsewhere for service. Thanks for nothing.

The Nastiest people you will ever have to deal with, I just had to walk away from these people, enough is enough.I do not recommend Proflame, there are many other companies out there I suggest you use one of them. I wish that I could give Proflame 000 Stars.

Excellent Customer Service. We were on a call this morning with Jennifer C and she went above and beyond what was asked of her and her answers were clear and her follow thru was phenomenal. Amazing vendor. Would highly recommend.

Had to keep calling for a gas stove installation no call backs. Once I made an appointment they called back and asked if I could make it for today. Cancelled all my plans, called to confirm today they told me someone was coming called back again after a no show and they told me they can’t make it. Not even the respect to inform we. Wasted my time. Terrible customer service! Very disappointed
