“I showed up on a rainy morning a half hour after they opened. I was immediately greeted. I had a flat tire in the trunk of my car. I needed all 4 tires replaced, but I didn't want to spend a lot since I was only keeping my car for another 6 months to a year. The technician showed me a few tire options and prices. Ultimately I chose a tire and the installed price was $480, which I thought was very reasonable for a very decent off brand 50k mile tire. I googled the tires while they were being mounted and balanced. My car was in and out of the shop in 30 minutes. The tech even put my donut spare back in its exact spot in the trunk so i didnt have to do it.”

“I just had my 2nd good experience at Russo Brothers! I owe a huge thank you to Jerry, Sandy & the entire crew in the back of the house! Last year my new Elantra had sustained significant damage from another vehicle during an unfortunate road rage incident. Russo Brothers went above and beyond to make my new car new once again! They even timed the repairs to make sure that my rental car wouldn’t unnecessarily cost me any money out of pocket. Just the other day my door lock actuator froze up in another vehicle and the door was stuck shut. Although they normally do not do repairs of this kind they did me the favor of replacing the defective hardware inside the door at a crazy reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. A+ Service!”

“So I started my journey for a NYS inspection at the service station located in the USA gas station at 311 Larkfield. They told me I needed new wipers, and they could replace them for 40usd. I told them I just replaced them this year with OEM Toyota blade inserts, they said they look old. Meanwhile they are not cracked and work perfectly in rain.I go to precision automotive next and they pass me, as they should have.My experience with this place is limited, but I think this is an honest mechanic.I also asked him to check the brake fluid and replace if needed. The first place wanted 165, Precision did it for half.”

“My regular mechanic was out of commission, so I decided to allow someone else to change my headlights. At first Jason was reluctant to do the job, as he was closed at 6 PM. Once he saw I had a Volvo, he told me it was complicated. I already had the headlights, and with a little persistence, he got the job done in less than five minutes. He was very nice, and did not want to take any money, but I insisted. Everyone's time is worth money. I appreciated that he helped me after hours, although the shop was bustling and the gas attendant said they were open until 8 PM. I don't blame them ... they saw a Volvo lol. They also sell gas, cigarettes, beverages, candy and snacks. They have a coin operated car vaccum and a coin operated tire pressure machine. The attendants are helpful and friendly. Thank you Jason. You helped me out in a pinch and I will be back with my other three vehicles. Many thanks!”

“He used to be located on Pulaski Rd. at the corner of Greenlawn-Broadway but relocated to a bigger garage in E. Northport. He's unassuming and very capable of handling all kinds of work on Japanese and German autos. The prices are good and he lets you pay cash without the taxes included. It takes a while for him to complete the work, but he's very thorough and explains everything he does. He comes from a family of auto technicians and is well qualified to tackle any task.”
