“Richard Ciarletta, one of the Service Advisors at Empire Subaru is definitely an asset. I've had three scheduled maintenance visits thus far (vehicle purchased in December 2024), and he has been my service advisor for the last two visits.
I've gone for maintenance (oil change, tire rotations, etc) on both busy and slow days, and at all times, Mr. Ciarletta was always calm and composed. He never rushed me when it was my turn, and when one of the visits became longer than anticipated, he apologized and discounted my bill, which was unnecessary (I was fortunately not in any rush that day). My visit yesterday took all of 25 minutes (Oil Change and Tire Rotation).
Dealerships get a bad rep. for being overpriced and overly pushy; Mr. Ciarletta is an example of this being false. He did recommend services, but just as gracefully accepted me declining them for the time being.
Can I get my service done cheaper elsewhere? Maybe. But the cost of Mr. Ciarletta's professionalism and friendliness is immeasurable.

a severe Engine problem on my ML 350. I was presently surprised with the honest opinions and suggestions they made in addressing the problem. Next time I need service or have a car issue The Little Garage is the place to go.

“Worked with Farid to finalize the purchase on my Trailseeker. I had ordered it about 5 weeks before and was excited when it came in a little earlier than expected. “Tom and crew did a total check on my vehicle. Doug took the car for a test drive with me to see if there was any obvious issues with the car. I figured the brakes were due since they had nearly 27k and I noticed the fluid was low.
Tom called with his evaluation. The brakes had about 20% life left…no hard sell, just clear Information to make a decision. He gave me an extremely fair estimate and I gave him to green light for front & rear brakes…car was ready to pick up later that day.
Happy with the service, the price…and mostly I feel safe knowing the car has been taken care of properly.”
