Great job taking care of our vehicles after vandalism to some of our fleet. Charlie came to remove spray paint from vehicles after others were not confident in their ability.

I engaged this person to detail 2 cars and my motorcycle. I explained I wanted them all to look as if they were just dealer delivered or better. My cars are all basically clean, one of them gets less than 2k miles yearly. My bike is also as clean as I keep my cars. He rushed through as supported by his forgetting to do the inside of my wife’s car. A basically clean X1. In fact all he needed to do was vacuum and it would have been done, he did nothing!! On my 7 series, the rims were only half cleaned, he could have easily been perfect by wiping them down. They weren’t all that dirty to begin with. The car on,y gets graven about 2k miles per year. Last year was only 900miles. My motorcycle is another story. I know he waxed it. How? Well there was wax on my leather seat, which I subsequently cleaned with specialty cleaners as to avoid the seat becoming slippery - a deadly combination on a motorcycle. The fairing seams all have wax in them, so I have to take the time to clean out the seams on the bike panels to remove the white crusty dried wax. Same goes for along the Harley Davidson nameplate on gas tank and in many other places. I will now spend a few hours doing clean up work!! To correct this poor workmanship. I wish I had something positive to say, but sadly I should have known when the appointment was 8am and he didn’t show up till after 10am that the result would leave something to be desired. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Stay away from this guy, you’ll be happier cleaning your own car and saving the money.
