Pharmacy staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've had countless insurance issues and they have always helped me to sort it out.

Very disappointing experience. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription, overstepping by trying to play doctor. My original prescription, which I’ve been taking for over four years, was denied by my new insurance asking for an alternative medicine
(effective April 1st). I also had to increase my dose mid way through March, therefore being short by refill date.I explained that I wanted to pay out of pocket—a legal right—but he still refused. He was dismissive, arrogant, and very short with me. Abruptly stopping this medication can lead to serious side effects and complications, which makes his decision not only unprofessional but potentially dangerous. This was a terrible experience with extremely poor customer service.

No one is ever around to help you, one person manning the whole store, and self service kiosks are terrible!

The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacist there is so disrespectful and should be required to retake a customer service class or be fired. I will never use CVS again because of this store.

I went in to buy something and needed cash back. The people in front of me had a large order at the self checkout. I asked the employee if he could open another register because I needed cash back. He flat out said NO! "I am not allowed to I have to watch out here.". I waited 5 minutes to buy a bottled water. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Not even worth a one star. Worst pharmacy in existence. Totally incompetent, prescriptions never ready in a timely basis, wait in line forever, one pharmacist very rude, tonight again pediatrician called in prescription hours ago, called to see if ready, automated answer told me child's birthday doesn't even exist, they don't answer phone, don't send messages as other locations do, manager told me after pharmacist was rude he apologies but has no control over pharmacy, that was another earlier visit. If you have to use cvs due to insurance go to 2000 Jericho typk location. Very professional, pharmacist extremely helpful and personable, messages about ready prescriptions and ones needed, I am changing all prescriptions to that location even though it's out of my way. 8pm still no prescription for child, pediatrician told me they called in on twice already. Oh... and got hooked onto 200o location because my husband's DOCTOR couldn't even get a prescription called in on emergency had to call another location. Pathetic

Great place to process your medications. There is plenty of free parking. The staff and pharmacist are very friendly and helpful. If they are out of stock of your medications, they will search other local locations that have your medications in stock.

If we took a survey of 100 people how often they say "I'm just gonna run into CVS real quick to get something" and this actually happens. I'd say 10% of the time you can get in and out real quick. It's never fun. Besides the automated machines that require constant assistance from the person working, there is always a person going over the coupons and how they should have gotten 20 cents off holding up the line. It's gotten worse over time and I'm sure their employee surveys show it.

Worst pharmacy. They are not capable of counting pills, which is pretty much their only job. Make sure you count any prescription you pick up there.

I needed a passport photo to submit as part of a job application. The company said most drug stores do them, so I came to this CVS. There were two employees in the whole store and about ten customers on line. It took me almost thirty minutes to make it to the register and ask for the photo. They took the photo, charged me for it, and then it didn't come out right and gave me a hard time about taking another one.

I understand that we are dealing with a pandemic right now. Which is all the more reason why I should be able to go to my local CVS whenever I need to purchase formula or baby food for my six month old daughter. I have given them chance after chance and every time I go there I leave feeling like an idiot. If you need supplies for your infant/baby you are better off going to IGA across the street
