I took private lessons here and I've never been happier with the overall process of the techniques I've learned here. The front desk was very supportive as well. I highly recommend this school. The students are a team and give a lot of support to each other as well.

I have had several decades of martial arts training. Started back in 1973. Since 2010 with Shaolin. Nowhere else have I worked so hard and gained such a near-complete feeling of the essence of gung fu training! This is a place that is focused on cultivating harmony of the mind, body, and spirit... absolutely brings it all together. I've improved 10 fold in my understanding of practical and theoretical gung fu concepts. Health, healing, and self-defense; as well as harmony of body, mind, and spirit... I found it all here at Shaolin Temple Overseas Headquarters in East Northport NY.

A great place. It's the real deal. They are THE official representatives of Shaolin in America. And it's not just about martial arts. They are wonderful people dedicated to spreading a very serene and peaceful branch of Buddhism.
