Steer clear. Distance yourself from Anne Marie Bishon and this practice if you're a poc. Look up their video of discrimination. They reviewed the video and made no comments.

Really sad the report that showed discrimination based on the color of your skin. This is how white people obtain wealth and POC get left behind.

This past Saturday, May 13th, I had the unfortunate opportunity of attending an open house in Bethpage, Long Island, hosted by Sherry Krapf of Signature Premier Properties. As soon as we got to the door, Ms. Krapf approached us very aggressively and insisted on guiding us around the house. We were with our agent who introduced himself, so this was a bit unusual. As current homeowners this is not our first rodeo with house hunting. Upon entry, we could see that the current homeowners had either not moved out or still had their items there so I can understand if she felt like she needed to safeguard their items. As the tour went on however, her responses to all our questions were very terse and rude. When we got to the kitchen, Ms. Krapf started bragging about all the updates, including the new cupboards, I opened a cupboard under the sink and Ms. Krapf got visibly upset. As is usually the case, there were cleaning supplies underneath the sink. Did she think I was planning to walk out with their cleaning supplies in my hands? I was wearing a small crossbody purse; there was clearly no way I could fit even a sponge in there if I tried. She stated that I did not need to look in there because I was not conducting an inspection. I said "excuse me? Do I need to make an offer before I can inspect the property? How rude." At that point, Ms. Krapf dismissed us from the property. After speaking with friends, I'm hearing that there are some brokers on Long Island who still engage in blockbusting. If that's the case, then I guess Ms. Krapf was just doing her job. So if you're black, and don't feel like being treated like a criminal, then don't do business with Sherry Krapf.

After having the wherewithal to buy a home, I decided to look at Long Island. All I had to do was Google signature, Premier properties to find their history of conscious bias, unprofessionalism, and outright lies by keeping information from buyers. As a company, they know this problem exists and have been made aware and chose to do nothing. Take your money time and security somewhere else.

Larry is an amazing realtor, he knew exactly how to price our home. Thanks to him we was able to sell our home for thousands over my expectation! He is patient, not pushy and will answer every question till you feel comfortable with the process. Highly recommend him for any real estate transaction! he is always available to help, regardless the time or day of the week. In short, 5 stars for Larry.

This is truly a premier agency. From the initial visit to the closing they were right by our side, always just a phone call away. We owned our home for over 40 years and it was difficult to say goodbye but Peter was so kind and helpful. I can't say enough about how exceptional they were. I highly recommend them if you are buying or selling a home.

Nancy McElroy is one of the best home buying agents. 100% recommend. She works day and night for you, personalizes the experience and commits 100%. I worked with several agents from other firms and she is easily the top agent. Goes above and beyond for her clients, and has tons of experience. I was lucky enough to meet her through a random matchup on Trulia or Zillow.examples of her work for me:-Video’d every house so we would remember it.-Laser measured all the rooms-Highlighted flaws and features on every house, very detail oriented-emailed/texted/phoned at 10 or 11pm at night, no complaints-On time to every listing and appointment

My wife and I went to a open house by appointment. The agent was Anthony Perrotta. He showed us the apartment for sale and then asked if we own our home. I said yes. He then asked if you need to sell that to buy this. I said yes but I could give you something to hold it. He then said very rudely that's not how it works. You are wasting your time looking at this and told me he had people waiting. I would never recommend this realtor to anyone.

Just saw the video of undercover testing and racial bias. I guess people going here and in a group that would not be discriminated against.

Signature Premier Properties Mary Cashin may be one of rudest, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with

These people are crooks and the people they deal with are also. They want to steal homes from seniors not sell them for the people that hire them. Don't deal with these people bad news

Stopped at the Cold Spring Harbor office. Was a little taken back by what I perceived to be a snippy receptionist. There are too many real estate firms to have to deal with attitude. Took my listing elsewhere.
