This is a great place for my Amazon returns! It's close by, I'm able to park near the store, and even if there's a line inside, it moves quickly, especially when there are 2 employees behind the counter!

I go there all the time and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.The line can be really long but they do their best to make sure it moves along in a timely manner.

Poor staffing. Despite having multiple employees in the store, only one of them assists customers. The person up front will ask the others for help, but they'll just ignore them and keep doing whatever they're doing in the back. It should not take 25 minutes to return an Amazon package when it's a 2-minute process.
