“Happy customer. After some aggravation - alls well that ends well. There appears to have been a scheduling snafu with my car detailing appointment. They had my car for two days, instead of the one I expected. After I complained, Carl said he would, “…make it worth my while…”. And they did! This is a GOOD COMPANY, that does the right thing! In the past I have brought my RV and a (not fancy) classic car to them for detailing. Yesterday, I brought my two year old, everyday car and it came out better than new! They cut the charge by 25%. Upgraded the interior detailing and gave me some glass and ceramic sprays. I would recommend 631 Coatings for all your car detailing needs. Dean did a spectacular job on my CRV, paid attention to every detail, and took care of the stain of the seats. and made sure it was spotless. Car washes who? i go to this location from now on.
