“I wish I could give 6 stars! My family has been coming to Samaira for Eid outfits for a long time and so when it came time to shop my wedding outfits, I knew where to go. I bought my Nikkah outfit, which was the first thing I tried on, and immediately fell in love! They were able to lengthen and alter the blouse and have it back to me in no time. We also custom made a jumpsuit for my haldi that was the exact look I wanted with some sleeves for modesty.
Lastly, the most special and incredible moment came when I asked them to last minute create a custom piece after another designer failed me. They were so tentative to make sure they did it right the first time that I needed no further alterations. The work was done BEAUTIFULLY and it feels like the highest quality, which you can always expect from Samaira. (I’ll update my review with pictures after my wedding!)”

They helped me pick a lehenga that would look good on my skin tone and altered the top while I was at the store because I was in a time crunch. “The Nordstrom at Roosevelt Field is an excellent department store and consistently provides a great shopping experience. The store is spacious, clean, and beautifully organized, with an impressive selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty products, and designer brands.
What really stands out is the customer service. The employees are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being overly pushy. Nordstrom has always been known for its service, and this location does a great job living up to that reputation.
The store is easy to navigate, the merchandise is presented nicely, and there’s a good mix of both higher-end brands and everyday options. The shoe and beauty departments in particular have an excellent selection.
Overall, a great place to shop at Roosevelt Field. Excellent selection, a pleasant atmosphere, and very good customer service make this Nordstrom a store I’m always happy to return to.”
“Had to come here in a pinch for rehearsal dinner for my daughter’s wedding needed an outfit (and fast). Kim was very nice to walk me through and help me select an outfit which I am so happy with. The service and care were top-notch. The clothes are top quality. A+ store with great team! I will be back here because the experience was exceptional.”

“This has been a regular shopping destination for decades. Have probably shopped at more locations than most customers. It’s hit or miss, which is part of the allure. The clothing is definitely getting more sparkly and gaudy than it used to be.
Seems to be harder to find quality brands but I do like the expansion to interesting European brands.
The shoe prices are going up. It used to be a good value. Now….not as much.
All that said, I’d love to see one in southern NJ/Philly area.”

Ask Alice was our final stop before settling for a dress way out of budget since prom is only three weeks away! The service we received was beyond perfect and welcoming compared to all the other stores we shopped! Wendy was AMAZING in selecting dresses for my daughter. Every dress was stunning on her. She even selected an elegant black dress which was a color my daughter was staying away from. Wendy encouraged her to try it on reassuring her it looks stunning on. So she did and Wendy was spot on! The dress was stunning, elegant, brand new and my daughter’s size. Well, she said yes to the dress and it was so much more economical and in my budget! It is so perfect no alterations are needed not even a hem! I am beyond grateful to Wendy and Ask Alice!”
