6 people behind the counter and only one was able to check customers out. The place was busy and line long. Not sure why other employees couldn't pick up some slack they shorten the line/wait time. There was more than one register.

Walked in the store and greeted within 10 seconds by Maria, even though she was helping a customer. She is so knowledgeable and more important super nice. Canât say enough good things about her.

This is my go-to AutoZone, so I'm generally ticked off. So let me get this straight if your location says open at 7:30 am. Why on earth do you open at 7:53 am. Why not say open at 8 am at that point. Lack of management/unreliable management if you can't open on time.

Lazy! I just went to see if they could check a battery and they said âno because itâs too cold.â I asked how warm it had to be and got a half answer. Itâs almost 50 degrees out today! And I had a battery checked there by a wonderful older gentleman 2 weeks ago on another vehicle when it was colder outside than that. I immediately left and went to the Autozone in Bohemia who were happy to check it. No one wanted to work today. That was evident. Sadly, wonât be going back there.

Came in with a bad battery on my company truck. The manufacturers evidently relocated the battery and connections to a tight space and it was difficult to get to. Antoine immediately took action and got a new battery installed fast. All in all great attitude and professional.

Wasn't too happy waiting on line for 26 minutes for a battery core return when no one else was on line in front of me , other than that the store is well kept , usually has what you need in stock and it seems this store is larger than most in the area..

Paid for part to be delivered next day part came 3 days later, missed two appointments with mechanic, when asked for over night delivery charges to be removed manager refused said it's not Thier falt part came 3days later. I told him they shouldn't offer that service without warning customer that the overnight delivery is not refundable. If it doesn't come in it's delivery time. Customer should know the wrisk they are taking when spending their money

This place is a joke, they all are really nowadays. They couldn't diagnose my vehicle so I could BUY the correct part. They lost the sale. I went online and found the part I ultimately needed and it was HALF the price, for the same brand and part (OEM approved) Advanced Auto is the same way. They don't diagnose either. Plus they're a ripoff. Save your time and money and use Amazon or Rock Auto

Zero stars!!!!! This is the worst autozone around. They not only sold me the wrong part, they sold me a used part that someone put in the box. They accused me of putting an old part in the box the arrogant clerk belive his name was Daniel said nice try. He was the same person who sold it to me never opened the box but then accuses me of switching it. The manager refused to leave to computer and told me it's not their part and wouldn't even talk to me he should not be a manager of any business not knowing how to deal witg customers. My mechanic ordered the right part from them and had it delivered. When I went in to return and they gave me an issue I said you just delivered the right part and showed them the old right part my mechanic took out the manager smiled and told me to leave. I said how did I end up with this part and a used part for a car I don't even have he just smiled and laughed at me. I called corporate but no response. Do not use this location unless you want to have them steal from you and treat you like garbage. Horrible people here the manager needs to be fired so does the arrogant clerk. I want my money back from these people they stole from me.
