Roy made the experience so easy. He not only was organized and extremely helpful but explained in detail everything about the car. He wasn’t pushy but very knowledgeable. The entire staff at Browns in Medford were hands down amazing !

Our experience was great. Rich was very knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all. I had told my wife the second they start getting pushy I will walk out. That never happened. He even let me know I get a discount for being a firefighter. We now own a 2024 wrangler Willy 4ex. Great place to purchase
