Tan skinned lady with salt & pepper hair very nasty, rude and lacks customer service skills. Extremely bad attitude. Choose any other quest besides this one! You’ll get treated with disrespect!

The woman who took care of me was amazing, caring, and all around awesome! She was the best person to ever draw my blood, explain and answer questions and was all around amazing!!! I hope I get her again!!!

The lab technician said my son did not need to give a urine sample without looking at the script from the doctor. After he used the bathroom he was told that they did need a sample. Since he could not go again, we were told to make another appointment to come back the next day. When we went to try to make another appointment there were none available. There is also no phone number to speak to anyone about the script ahead of time or ask any questions.

The MyQuest app is quick and simple to use! You can make appointments and check in with ease! I was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff is polite and professional. My account shows all results online. I will always use Quest Diagnostic!

I arrived on time, kindly asked the lady how long my wait would be because it was 45 min that I was waiting. She said they called me twice in the waiting room when I said on the Kiosk I’d wait outside. claimed they texted me when I never received a text. Then she said “wait here for someone to help you.” Fine, I did 10 min go by she goes and tells me “I’m not gonna argue with you, you can register as a walk in” why should I register as a walk in if I’ve been here for 45 min waiting. Spoke to you KINDLY about the incident. So why tell me to wait you just wasted my time and didn’t even bother to help me. Im never coming back to this location again it was just absolutely ridiculous. Have kinder staff and people who are willing to help.

Easy online process for making an appointment and checking in, the office is clean and the techs are polite, friendly and very competent.

This location was dingy and smelled of mold. I went to the location for a blood draw. The technician did not have a good bedside manner. Her responses to my questions were short. Also, my arm was bruised and sore for 5 days after the test. Finally, I did not like the way she handled an issue with an elderly woman who was asking about scheduling an appointment over the phone. The woman was clearly not comfortable with using her computer or dealing with an automated system. The technician simply handed her a card with a number to call and shrugged her off as if she were trying to get away with something.
