Decent place, temperature of storage area is a little warm for my liking. Returned a truck here as well was fairly painless. Good location easy to access.
Scanning your storage facility card out is weird. Scans in no problem but then when you scan out it welcomes you again. Idk we just left.

I rent from this location often, well maintained equipment and a new modern facility. On this rental I asked Mike about his storage as I may be needing a unit in the future. He showed me a few units and wow what a clean modern facility he has here! When the time comes I will definitely be renting a unit here.

The owner/manager Michael Birner was an arrogant “professional”. I got a random damage that wasn’t even legit, possibly broken BEFORE i got the vehicle or visible or on it when i left…. charged to my card. HE WAITED 24 hours after trying to charge my card to call me about the damages. He was rude and lied about the events to get some kind of damage fee. He then doubles down when i come in person to see what damage was done. He proceeded to lie and point out damages that weren’t there when i left the vehicle.(i have video and pics) There’s also no sign that it was even on the vehicle before i left. It could have been broken before i got it or after i dropped it off and it was raining all weekend. Still no damage was seen on my end. The problemComes in…..when this person then lies about the transaction and after he attempts to charge the lie on my card, HE THEN calls me to tell me about the damage. Not before. After. He says he dialed the wrong number on Sunday then dialed the right one on Monday. This man at this location is a sketchy weasel. And should be fired or removed for foul play. Disgusting individual and fraud.

I Reserve a U-haul van weekly to minimize having to make two trips with my work supplies to events. The staff is always helpful and makes it pleasant to do business.
