Maria pharmacist has a bad and terrible customer service. So bad

Rude unprofessional and made me take a script with someone else's info insisting it was mine. Said my dr sent the wrong info. My dr called them and said we did not send that info where did you get it? They said they didn't know. I returned the medication and reported this pharmacy to corporate and I'm calling the state. TOTAL NEGLIGENCE!!!!!

This has to be the worse pharmacy in town. Try to fill a life saving prescription and it's almost impossible. Ask why it wasn't filled only to be rudely told because we don't have it and we won't have it because they don't get deliveries on the weekend. Called for refill on Thursday. The pharmacist was extremely rude.

I’ve had enough of this pharmacy's lack of professionalism. After waiting 45 minutes today, I was told they couldn’t find my prescription in the system. This isn’t the first time either, on a previous visit, I lost a refill due to their incompetence, and I had to go back and forth between the pharmacy and my doctor. In the end, I didn’t get the medication I needed because they couldn’t do their job properly.
Tired of waiting, I asked how much longer it would take, and a staff member named Nina rudely informed me she still couldn’t find my prescription. It was clear she wasn’t making much effort until I complained. To make matters worse, she started speaking to me in Spanish based on my name and information, even though I had been speaking to her in English from the start! Switching languages felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
A worker named Bruno eventually helped me after I raised the issue, but Nina was rude, unprofessional, and lacked any sense of customer service. Honestly, they should reconsider having someone like her in this position.
To top it off, communicating with this pharmacy is a nightmare, not only in person but also over the phone. It’s nearly impossible to get through to anyone.
I’m done with this pharmacy and highly recommend finding a more reliable place. They’ve lost a customer in me, and I won’t be referring them to my family or friends anymore.
Avoid at all costs!!!

I'm talking about the pharmacy is horrible try to make a phone call through it's impossible. They put me on hold, they were picking up the phone and then hang up again. the same thing happened about three times. I waited 20 minutes to see if my insulin was ready. Not a good service at all.

Didn’t know I had to specify that the booklet pages be the same size as the protective cover for a printing. Kinda defeats the purpose of paying for a cover. Sigh.

A great local Walgreens go here often it's located in a huge shopping center this Walgreens is huge almost like a factory very well stocked and I get my vaccines here.

I gave them four stars because the people in the store have always been nice to me. I had a good deal for a promo code online and they only honored it once it was over the amount I was supposed to spend. Not nice Walgreen's.

Where to start... we NEVER use the Walgreens pharmacy until we HAD to. The 1st time my husband went there to pick up a prescription. He gets there and the pharmacist, Maria states they don't take our insurance. My husband called me to let me know. While I was on the phone I was told that she never ran our insurance. So I told my husband to make her run it. She did and it was accepted. If my husband didn't call me, and I didn't push it my child wouldn't have her meds. Maria was very rude and rushed my husband. Like he was a hassle. The 2nd time we had no choice but to go there again. Same thing happens. She says she doesn't take our insurance and that we have to pay out of pocket. So my husband calls me to tell me. I had her run it again, she realizes that it's accepted. She didn't even look to see if we were here before, even though my husband told her we have gotten a prescription for my daughter before. He had to call me again and go through the same thing. The pharmacist, Maria just kept saying no until I demanded she looks it up. She then finds that they do accept our insurance but that the insurance doesn't cover that medication. She doesn't give us options ( i.e. genetic brand or over the counter brand) or help us. She closes down everything and my husband said excuse me I still want to buy the prescription. So I give him a code for goodrx and saved us $20. Side note: The 2nd time my husband went there, another customer was in front of him. He overheard the mom trying to get help from the pharmacist, Maria. She just needed another size nebulizer cover. She basically told her she can't help. She was rude and dismissive. Not only will I not go back unless we NEED to but I will make sure that Walgreens is aware of this. I can't believe how rude this pharmacist is. She works in the health industry. If you don't like helping people and going out of your way to make others better than don't go into the health industry. Maria is rude and unprofessional at best. Steer clear. She does NOT care about your health or well-being. She just cares about taking her break or leaving for the night.
