They are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and their customer service is awful

I see a lot of negative reviews for this location, and am not a bit surprised. I have yet to have a bad experience, but never a wow experience either. The store always seems well stocked. I have been here multiple times and seen associates removing products close to expiration, keeping only fresh items on the sales floor. They are higher priced than their competitors, which is a shortcoming. The pharmacy staff are very slow sometimes, but I think this is a staffing issue. It is faster to go inside than to go through the drive-thru, which you would think would be the opposite.

There was two separate deal on the display I Asked a worker if they would coexist with each other he said yes and if there is a problem we can price fix it for you. When I got to the register none of the prices came up right neither one of the deals stated on the Display ( in pic ) were working the manager Alicia was called over to ask her. She was extremely rude from the very start. Rolled her eyes at me more than one time because it was Christmas clearance item that stated by two get one free good until today dec 28 and the other deal stated but 4 get one free. She blatantly said to me over and over about it's just a old xmiss item. Like I can deal with it. She didn't want to fix it at all. Then proceeded to get nasty to the young gentlemen on register and tell him to go rip down the stickers that's state buy two get one free. I did tell her I didn't like the way she was talking to him it was not his fault. Her response to me is I'm not being nasty I'm telling him what he can go and do you're telling him to pull down stickers that are good until the end of the day because you don't want to deal with giving me the discount. Said then proceeded to tell me she would call her manager she walked down one part of the store and back up the next one where my daughter was standing laughing with one of the other employees as she walked over to me and said no he won't do that for you and if you have a problem you can call him on Monday. So I stated that's fine but the deal will be over on Monday because it ends today so he can then tell me that it will not work because it's no longer going on not a problem. It was not about saving a couple of dollars it was not about getting more what I didn't like is the way she spoke down to me and the way she treated the gentleman at the register. I sat there for a minute walked around the store and got my daughter I came back and I bought all the Items but one that was in my pile and the gentleman behind the register looked at me kind of strange and laughed and I said to him it was not about the money it was about the way that I am treated I am in customer service for 20 years and I don't ever speak to anybody or give them any kind of disrespect whatsoever yes I was looking for a good deal yes I was trying to spend the least amount of $ But when I showed her the picture of both deals on the display all she had to do was nicely say to me I'm sorry but only one or the other will work for this item she didn't need to try to belittle me.

Went there to get toilet paper and milk. Went up to register and proceeded to wait for 15 min for someone to appear whilst workers around me acted like I wasn't even there. I put my items in the counter walked out and left. I've never returned and I do t plan on it. Never again. Bye Felicia!!!!!

I went to refill some medications. They did not let me know that they were no longer a preferred provider. So the charges for generic medications were astronomical. What thieves. CVS will now be filling my prescriptions at $0. All of them. Walgreens tried to charge me $40 for one which CVS does not charge anything for. These are unethical money hungry pigs. Thank god for Amazon and CVS.
