“We go there so much and theres always new stuff to find. I love owls and I found this in his shop. Those five white ones in front are carved mushrooms and they weigh next to nothing! I love them. It's a treasure trove for christmas gifts or birthday presents and theres literally everything. Vintage clothes/hats/scarves, china sets, toys, paintings, rugs, light fixtures, hutches/tables/shelves, glass, etc. And they're from all over too: Asia, Africa, middle eastern, etc. The aisles are very cramped and things are kind of stacked on top of each other, but it's kind of the charm of the place. It's always fun to stop in and take a look around. You'll, at the very least, find something interesting.”

“Great place to find all sorts of those things you don’t realize you need until you walk in the store! My friend’s daughter told her about DanTiques, and now it’s on our ‘need to stop and see what’s new’ list! Dan changes things up seasonally and I always find something!! Thanks for being there,Dan!!”

“So much to see! You'll get a card and a pencil when you get in. Many items are in display cases, then when you're ready they'll get them out for you to examine. Lovely staff, too. Be sure to stop in, finds here for a variety of interests! I took pictures of a few things and sections that caught my eye as an example. See what you can discover!”

“I try to visit this great little mid-Century shop whenever I'm in the Webster area. The owner, Robert, is always friendly and very knowledgeable on the subject. While the shop isn't enormous, it's usually packed with an interesting variety of quality MCM treasures. You can find MCM furniture, vintage lighting, artwork, accent pieces, and even some vintage audio components here. I've found the prices here to be a bit more fair and reasonable to start with than some other MCM shops in the Rochester area and, unlike some of those other MCM shops, I've found the owner here is often open to negotiating a bit. I've purchased several vintage treasures here for a reasonable price that were great additions to my home. If you're shopping for MCM furnishings, and you haven't yet been to this shop, you really should stop by and pay Robert a visit at Mod 4 U.”

“Driven past this place for ages and finally stopped by on a weekend. Amazing prices, I love thrifting but rarely find anything good in other chain stores in the area. This place offers reasonable prices and nice items. He also has an ebay store with a ton of things he has available for pickup. Can't wait to come again!”

“This place is top notch and it’s like a museum that you can shop in! Ignore the online reviews because it is physically impossible for them to inventory and take pictures of every last little item. They have in stock if it is something old..even if you just need some specific hundred year old tiles to fit around the radiator pipe this is a place for it or if you need to do old molding to add style to your house this is the place but it’s amazing all of the items they have in stock for any room of the house interiors exteriors it’s incredible. Like I said it’s a museum that you can shop in!! 37 stars as far as I’m concerned”
