It is not often in today's world to find this level of service. The tech side apparently doesn’t work—so despite a text that “your order will be right out,” you actually have to go into the store to get it yourself. Not a big deal if you know it, but inconvenient to wait when no one knows you are there.”

Like everyone their allocation shelf was sparse, but that’s to be expected. Sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’d go back if in the Mendon / Victor area and in need on liquor.”

“It's a good liquor store with tons of selection, 1/2 and 1/2 on customer service. There is a lady named Vicky(?) who is extremely nice and recommends things. Then there's a pretty rude guy on the taller side who has kind of miffed my girlfriend and I on several occasions. If you mistakenly decide to make small talk with him while checking out he will stare at you with zero smile, not respond, and ask if you want a receipt. I feel like I'm renewing my license with him -- lighten up.”

“Beware!! Nails in the driveway from careless contractor.
This is a great place to shop but being treated poorly by the Hagedorn's contractor. To save fencing, they create a maze to get there .I got a flat tire driving thru the maze - nail in the sidewall - needed a tire replacement.”

“Needed some vodka to make my vanilla extract. You just take the fresh vanilla beans and slice them down the middle and put them in the bottle for 6 months. It darkens with time as the vodka works on the vanilla pods.I called ahead my order was ready & I was out the door in seconds flat.Polite friendly competent great service”
