Scott and his team did an amazing job with our repair job at Panorama Collision in East Rochester. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and fast! They answered all of our questions and handled the insurance process seamlessly, making it worry-free for us. After picking our car up, it looks and drives like brand new, and the super detailing of the whole car was a bonus we didn't expect. We highly recommend Panorama Collision!

***HACKS***
Girlfriend brought her jeep there, she’s too nice to post this. Absolute hacks for employees. First, they never attached the inside trim correctly; then, the rear window was half attached. Huge slice down her window tint. Had to bring it back several times. Now, the door alarm will not turn off.
Avoid at all costs. This place cannot remain in business like this and I’m sure the employees are getting cheaper and cheaper.

Fantastic experience! I used another shop for 35 years, until they sold their business. I tried the new owners but will not be going back. I plan to stay with Panorama for a long time!

Agree with all the glowing reviews. Personal and highly professional service, great communication, can-do attitude. I took in my 2010 Toyota Yaris, with considerable collision damage to the right rear quadrant. Did not want a full repair, and Charlie and his crew accommodated my needs perfectly.

Could not be more happy with the service I received at Panorama Collision. This was my first collision repair on my car and they put my mind at ease and worked with me to provide me convenient, fast, and comprehensive service. Still cannot get over the care they took with my car; upon arrival it was repaired but also washed, waxed and interior tidied up, including a thank you flower! Charlie was attentive and cooperative and did a wonderful job. The thoughtfulness and competency of this shop is incredible, highly recommend!

My wife has a 2007 G6 convertible that has been garaged winters since the day of purchase .The convertible roof broke last summer.
I took it to a dealership and had it repaired . The roof went up and down 5 times before failing. The dealership would not stand behind their work and was uncooperative.This was the only dealership that would even look at the car.I took the Pontiac for inspection at my local garage .I asked the owner if they knew anyone who could attempt to fix the car.He honestly admitted that they had no experience in fixing the retractable roof repair.
He recommended that I give Panorama Collision a call.He described Panorama as honest and fair.He also stated they did excellent work.Never thinking of a collision shop ,I went to see Scott at Panorama. Scott gave me an honest assessment. The parts for the 2007 Pontiac were no longer available. Scott printed off for me the exact parts and diagram that I needed for repairs.
The only place I could order the parts was EBAY Motors.
Scott and his team repaired the car in 2 hours.The 18 month journey is over.The top is down and my wife is back cruising in the summer sun.Happy wife, Happy life ! I am recommending to all my family and friends that they give Scott and his team at Panorama Collision a call for their future needs.
